Pros: The location with easy access to the boulevard

Cons: Because I booked in weekend the nose was so loud I expected the wall and the windows to be double wall and double widows I could hear every things from outside and that was so annoying especially my board exam was on Friday I slept around midnight For the cleaning services they were very so slow maybe because they assigned less people for cleaning like for our apartment one person for cleaning The light of the room a bit dim even if you open all of the lights This is my second time to book with you and this time I booked with breakfast giving the fact my family were with me but I regret because the cups for 2 occasions were not clean at all and I found hair and the worse part the winter argued with that asking me where is the hair the easiest thing take the cup and change it though he change but he was not that happy So I decided to wipe the cups by myself before using it The in-charge of the restaurant were very welcoming at least and they were keeping asking if there is anything they can help with thats was good For the receptionists there were very welcoming especially Aya a special thank to her the check in process was very good and the check out process were smooth a special thanks for the one who facilitated our checkout process cant remember his name I did requested to him that will proceed with the checkout once we are done with the prayer and he did respect that
