Absolutely amazing staff and beautiful, relaxing villa

Pros: Staff were super friendly, villa was beautiful, and food was amazing. The staff were outstanding and made it even better, which is hard to do with an already impressive villa.

Serene and peaceful!

Pros: The room was comfy, clean and aircon worked really well! Having a private pool was a huge benefit. They did mix up the breakfast buffet which I liked, the omelet was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Managed to get some laundry done which was so handy! Also say hello to the little cat that likes to visit during breakfast!

Cons: Could be more central/closer to the beach but with grab and Gojek was so easy to get to places. Just be wary of the no grab/Gojek zones. Also recommend going on a bike to places as it makes journeys a lot quicker! Would be good to have some Indonesian/Balinese breakfast items!

Pros: The hotel has loads of potential. The rooms where spacious and beautiful for a cozy get away for yourself. The main pool and breakfast area was great.

Cons: More attention needs to be paid to the cleaning of the room. Some stains on the sheets and on the walls. The rooms needs a bit of a refresh.

Pros: The amenities such as the pool, swim-up bar, rooftop restaurant, great breakfast, and in house spa.

Cons: The room is very small and offers very little amenities. More of just a place to sleep which is okay given that you are here to go out.

Pros: breakfast was a good basic one we were disappointed with the location we thought it was close to be the beach .

Cons: The rooms were outdated and could do with renovations the netting over our beds were showing signs of wear and tear and definitely not clean, the staff were excellent and very helpful we were travelling with friends and would have liked to sit around the pool to have a few drinks but the selection was non existent except for beers and cool drinks/ juice

Cons: Location- Difficult to get to, surrounded by narrow roads with no foot paths. There is a daily shuttle but it only goes to La Brisa which is the closest built up area by foot approx 20 mins. It would be better if the shuttle went to the heart of Canguu There is very minimal shopping in the area and the closest reassurance is a 10 minute walk. To go anywhere near the built up popular areas of Canguu from the hotel you will need a scooter or to order a taxi/Gojek.Hotel- The whole complex feels dodgy for example, the key to the room is a physical key with an attached fob for the electricity for the room. The doors do not have an inside latch so at night you have to use the key to lock yourself in the room then take the key out of the lock to use power. I dread to think what would happen in an emergency. Pool and restaurant - separate to main hotel, walk down a steep uneven path Restaurant bar is not operating so you cannot get cocktails or other alcoholic beverages, just Bintang. Breakfast is basic - instant coffee, eggs, toast. The restaurant has simple food - sandwich, chips, pizza. Pool has 8 sun beds and is quite cold at first as completely shaded for the whole day. Room- is in complete disrepair. Shower is dirty, disgusting and worn and has so many layers of silicone, shower door warped and doesnt close. There are 3 mystery bottles in the shower with crusty remnants on an old rusted soap dish. Ceiling of entire room water damaged, most walls water damaged. No where to hang towels, no luggage rack. Hotel only has instant coffee and no milk provided in rooms. Bed is as hard as the floor, sheets dated, tired and stained. No fire alarms. Only stairs to the rooms are outside, single person, very small and steep. Would not be ok for elderly or anyone with mobility challenges. In the 4 days that we stayed the power went out twice for a length of time and the water also stopped working twice

A beautiful pace to stay with very friendly staff.

Pros: Lovely private pool. Beautiful plantings and gardens around the buildings. Superb breakfast.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Water leaks when it rained. Some basic maintenance items need attention like broken sunlounge, toilet seat was loose, place hadn't been cleaned in a while after beung empty. But, staff were very responsive to fix the issues.
