    Unfriendly bad drains, no food or drink available

    Pros: The cottage was spacious
    Cons: No food or drink available although we arrived during restaurant opening hours. Nothing open nearby. No bar and no tea or coffee in room. Staff not helpful. Drains smelled awful in shower Breakfast poor very basic selection. Not a friendly environment Avoid this hotel

    Stop over whilst touring on motorcycles.

    Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the two bedroom annexe, small but suitable with ground floor kitchen/diner, separate toilet & shower room with two shower cubicles & double sink. Just bedrooms upstairs. Parking in gravelled car park at rear of adjacent hotel, just up the street (as only hotels kitchen loading bay out the back of annexe). Breakfast buffet had good selection of food & drink with machines for coffee/tea & freshly squeezed orange juice.

    Wonderful

    Very pleasant and comfortable.

    Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel decor is very nice. I liked the terrasse, the garden and the facts that the rooms had a large balcony each. The breakfast was great!
    Cons: It was a bit cold (I guess due to the government energy restrictions) but we could increase the heating level in the bedroom.

    Pros: The bathroom was very nice with separate toilet
    Cons: We have always found Logis traditional, comfortable, welcoming but this one was none of those things. No bar available, no comfortable lounge, poor food in the evening. Strange digital ordering system for evening meal. Certainly not the atmosphere we have come to expect and enjoy from Logis Hotels.

    Stay away frim this hotel, mean people running it, they can ruin yoir vacation.

    Pros: They are not ready for the tourism.
    Cons: Very bad experience. Tenu were not available when we arrived, the reception was closed, no one answered the phone. We were outside for about 4h waiting with 3 kids and we were doing La Loire by bike. The lady was not helpful at all when we asked her for a mattress for pur 6 year old. He had to sleep on the floor with the blankets we used. She didnt seem to care.

    Pros: Pretty location with a great view of a barge canal and the nearby nuclear power plant. Plenty of songbirds. Pleasant, attractive location.
    Cons: It was no doubt the off-season, but there wasn't much life or soul to the place.

    Excellent! Didnt get the chance to taste the restaurant since we arrived late but will do next time

    Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds, very friendly staff and easy to access.
    Cons: Toilets on the ground floor (cottage). Very minus inconvenience compared to the rest of the cottage.

    Pros: This is Paris. its more expensive than you want to pay, the rooms are smaller than they could be but it pretends to be nothing much more than a clean bed and a hot shower. It did this very well and was excellently located, and, most importantly, the staff were excellent, helpful and extremely accommodating.

    nice and a hotel to recommend

    Pros: really nice hotel, perfect location. We were in the region to visit Sancerre, wich was pretty close and in the evening we had an appointment in a 1 star rated Michelin restaurant at less then 10 miles, so perfect. Beds are very comfortable, friendly and accomadating staff, great parking and when travelling with pets, there is nice long walk to do next to the canal. Perfect.

    Pros: I was at the hotel during COVID lockdown so not able to experience everything, but I could see that it would be a very pleasant place during usual times. The staff were very helpful to me.

    Pros: There was a nice garden and access to the canal
    Cons: The staff were brusque rather than friendly and welcoming. They sat outside the entrance smoking. The dinner was only average. The breakfast was very poor.
