Great spot in the middle of wonderful Casco Viejo.

Pros: The location was great in a wonderful part of town. The room was comfortable and well equipped with Air conditioning, TV, WiFi, toiletries m, towels. The mural and decorations of the place are quite unique. It was nice to have restaurant and roof bar on the premises.

Cons: It was a bit noisy with disco music and street traffic but with ear plugs provided I didnt lose any sleep. Rooms needed a chair to sit on

Pros: The location was excellent for exploring , staff were very helpful and friendly, food was very good, we had breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was fun, great music.

Cons: The room, unit #1 was extremely dark, we had to use a flashlight to see in our bags. The bathroom was quite small while the room was huge. The bathroom sink is awkward to wash in.

Pros: Very spacious room Hotel located in the very (lively) heart of Casco Viejo Reception staff was really friendly The interior of the hotel is really stylish (although I would not decorate my own bedroom that eccentric as the room we slept in :) Breakfast was delicious

Cons: Takes a while for the shower to become hot, until then the water tends to be lukewarm. Be prepared, although if your breakfast is included the waitress expects a service fee We didnt sleep below the rooftop bar, our sleep was okay ish with ear plugs.

Pros: Location was ok. Perfect to visit Casco Viejo. Restaurant and bar=super. Hotel=forget it.

Cons: Too noisy. Even with the earplugs and pillows: impossible to sleep. Loud music until 3 am then after party drunk people who talked until 6am. A perfect place to go if you wanna party. If you are planning to have a nice evening, a drink then sleep by 1am and go visit the next day... forget it.

Stay away from room 9

Pros: The second room they finally gave me after THREE nights fighting for a quiet place!

Cons: It is incredible the hotel staff gave me the same unbearably noisy room when I returned to Panama City after eight days (I had already booked the same hotel way before) even though I begged them not to give me room number 9 again. At 11pm I went downstairs and told the receptionist, an arrogant boy, I wanted another room or my money back and he simply looked at me and said: you can check out if you want and talk to the manager tomorrow! To make a long story short, I could only fall asleep after 3am and the morning after they finally changed me to a quieter room! They actually only did that because I had told the arrogant receptionist Id go to the Tourist Police Station. If you mind noisy rooms, maybe you should consider staying somewhere else. The rooftop nightclub Is REALLY loud and play bad music until past 3am. Room 9 is just under the bar which means you wont sleep

The place is cute and in a good location. If you are planning to sleep there though, you are in the

Pros: The place was nice and the location great - just at the entrance of Casco Viejo. Our room was very spacious and artistically decorated.

Cons: There is a rooftop bar on the fourth floor that plays techno music at full volume until very late at night/early morning. If your room is - like ours - on the third floor, it is impossible to fall asleep before 3am on any given night, even during the workweek. Our windows were shaking for the noise... no kidding!

Pros: Location super bang right in the heart of the old city.. Room was really big and had a balcony looking onto the street, downstair restaurant was exceptional . The hotel arranged tours and staff were lovely

Big room with loud noises

Pros: The room is bigger than most rooms I have booked. The hotel is at an excellent location and they give you one drink for free. It has a mini bar I used to keep my water cold.

Cons: Very loud AC, told reception twice and they never fixed it. One employee was rude but I did not get his name. It is loud since they have a club on the 4th floor but they give you ear plugs. Breakfast not included.

Cons: Although I asked for a QUIET room as soon as I made the reservation, they gave me a HORRIBLY NOISY room, under their rooftop nightclub (believe me it is NOT a bar!!!). There was a letter in my room saying the rooms were fitted with solid sound insulation which is a big lie. In my bathroom, for instance, the window barely closed! And the earbuds they left me in my room were completely useless. It was the noisiest hotel room Ive ever stayed in in my whole life. It is actually very disrespectful with the guests. Also, except for the downstairs bartenders and one of the receptionists, the other hotel workers were unfriendly and not helpful at all. If you care for a good night-sleep and, at least, a little respect from the staff, this is NOT the place to be.

Pros: Location. Central of everything. Funky artwork. Great rooftop bar!

Cons: A little noisy! One suite did not have a chair or sofa. The other one had sofa and two chairs.
