Pros: The size of the room is nice. It seems bigger comparing to swissbell in Pondok Indah. The variety of food during breakfast also good.

Cons: The pool and the gym are too small. Hardly no place for people to sit near by the pool. The size of the pool is also too "minimalist" as if they did not really have enough space to build the pool.

Pros: That was my fourth time staying there,I always stay in this hotel when I am in Jakarta. The hotel is in a strategic place,near the train station and in walking distance from 2 malls where you can find many restaurants and stores. The garden at the back is nice to sit and enjoy your coffee. The rooms are nice but they need renovation,it's a bit old

Cons: The pool is small for the hotel and there is only 3 chairs and 2 tables,so you can find them free only if you go early. I had a small issue with the cleaning stuff. 2 times they didn't came to clean my room even if I had the card outside my room for cleaning. I had to go to the reception to ask someone to clean my room. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay if you are in Jakarta.

A balanced option to stay for several days

Pros: Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We liked the vast hotel territory and a grocery store there - this made comfortable our stay with a 2 y.o. child. Room is big enough and quite. There is also a small shopping mall neraby though without a supermarket. Despite of details to be corrected or improved, the personnel hospitality is outstanding, and amazing. Smile and willing to help made our stay here comfortable and pleasant.

Cons: Both hotel itself and our room are really old but it is still a 4 stars level of comfort. First time in my life I was asked for 200 000IRU returnable deposit on check in. Room cleaning has to be done better: I asked to change sheet but it was not done during the room cleaning. Laundry service takes to much time sometimes. Personnel speaks english only on reception.

Cons: From the first impression, I feel like this hotel has no hospitality at all. I checked in at 11 PM, and they still said Please wait for your room to be prepared ?! And because of this, they said we have upgraded your room to premium, trying to make us happy. But it was only a bad joke! The room they gave to us has two marks of shoe footprint in the bathroom (see the picture). Even when they tried to clean it, the guy who cleaned it still wearing the shoes, no wonder. Very disgusting. The bathroom itself, has a very complicated way to turn on which shower you want to use. Why dont you just use separated water tap we can choose easily?? And then, during breakfast, we really really really hate the guy that sweeping the floor while we were eating. Is that the manners of how you treat your guests having breakfast?? Feels like he wanted us to go away, as in hygiene approach, the dust from the floor will be risen to our food if they sweep it. We lost our appetite and nothing we can enjoy from the so so breakfast. And last but not least, THE STAFFS. I dont understand how they trained here. From the checking in they lack of preparation, from the restaurant (they gave us omelette with cheese without warning us first, imagine we have cheese allergy, would be a total mess), AND IT IS HARDLY TO SEE THEM SMILE!!! It is a shame I have to write this review. You guys have to remove that 8,1 ratings from booking.com at your front desk, and now I know why this hotel ratings is decreasing. Very not worth for the price. Lets see the ratings in the few months. I believe with service like this, it will be decreased less then their current rating (7,9)

Cons: despite requesting for a pair of connected rooms at the time of booking, my friends only found out when they went upstairs that it was not connecting. the single room card made moving around the hotel difficult as there was no access to room floors w'o card

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bluebird Taxi station within the premises so return journey to airport was more convinient.
