It was okay.

Pros: 3 miles from the University, easy travel to campus for my classes.

Cons: Smelled strong marijuana in the lobby. Vending machine needs to be updated to take card or Apple Pay. No one carries cash anymore.

Pros: I did not eat breakfast...I left at 5 am..will not b returning...

Cons: On website..it stated pet friendly..come to find out..pets aren't allowed..so I traveled 5 hours just for my support dog to sleep and pee in my car all night

Pros: Location was very convenient, bed was comfy, shower was clean & water was hot.

Cons: Booked queen-got a double. I questioned it…nope they said, it’s a queen bed. No it was not. Appeared ok when we went to the room to put our stuff up. We left, then we returned shortly after midnight. The bathroom floor was flooded, and the toilet was covered with water. I’m assuming this was from the vent above the toilet. I also realized that the locks on the door were broken. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a new room and explained why. I was told he had no rooms & seemed irritated that I even asked. I asked again…no available rooms. I was irritated & walked off without saying anything else. I went back 5 min later and asked for bath towels to clean the toilet & the bathroom floor. I wasn’t even offered any assistance…he just handed me the four towels. I put the ironing board up against the door so if anyone opened the door, I’d hear them. (It was too late to go get another hotel room) When I checked out, a nice girl was at the counter. I was very polite, but told her everything & explained that it’s only fair to let them know to expect this review. I wasn’t leaving with her thinking everything was okay. It wasn’t. She was shocked I was not “OFFERED” another room. I told her not only was I not offered one, I was told there were none available. She looked at me puzzled because she KNEW there were empty rooms. She even looked at the computer. So, to sum it up…we were stuck in room #101 with ALL of these issues & other rooms remained empty. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Pros: It met our needs and was affordable!

Pros: Took forever to check in. The room was not what I reserved and after swapping to other rooms, the key cards would not work. Had to change rooms 6-7 times to get a room that the door would open.
