Pros: Check in process was quick. Access to the room was easy. Parking lot is large. Location is fantastic.

Cons: The rooms in this hotel have a really inconvenient layout, the sink which has no counterspace is across from the actual bathroom, with nothing separating it from the sleeping area. There is not a garbage can in the bathroom, but the room is so small that one might not fit. The room itself was very small, which I could have lived with, if it had been clean. The air conditioner had giant "dust bunnies" on the intake and made a horrible rattling noise when running. The hallway carpet showed many stains, and the walls in our room were spattered with something I did not really want to investigate further. The bedding was worn, and old as were the towels. I however think the topper was that our deadbolt lock did not work. The only employee we saw was the front desk worker, which makes me wonder if they lay off staff in the off season. The breakfast consists of coffee, juice, corn flakes, instant oatmeal and some packaged muffins. In room fridge was barely cool. There is an in-room coffee maker under the TV but there is no access to an outlet, which means you either have to set it on the 4 inches of counterspace at the sink or on the nightstand or on the desk. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel, but for the amount they charge, even on off season, they should do much better.
