Pros: Family friendly and staff was nice especially since we renewed our wedding vows there, we were treated nicely. The water park for the kids was very enjoyable for them.

Cons: Room service wasnt included for our family members that didnt get married there even though they were there as wedding party guests. There was no A/C through the hotel, only in the bedrooms. Not all elevators worked for the tower that werent suites. There was no food service at the beach. Wifi was a little choppy and the food wasnt the greatest, but we made the best of it and had a great time.

The worst experience weve had in the last four recent stays in puerto Vallarta in the last 3 years.

Pros: The front desk staff were great. Brenda and Josa specifically. Our cleaning lady was also wonderful.

Cons: Having to get up at 6:30 to get a spot at the pool or in the beach. The food was the worst. The taco restaurant wasnt too bad. The Italian restaurant was okay but the long wait times were way too long to get your food and the dress code did not stay the same depending on who the person was. The Wi-Fi was the worst. Only have one beer selection , well, two with the sun club. The sun club is not that much of an upgrade. Also the website is miss leading. There are photos of the other resort on the Puerto Vallarta website. The resort was too crowded or its too small for how many people are in it at a time. My husband got sick from the food and four other couples who that I meet did as well. We will not be staying here again.

staff were excellent. The food was equivalent to all you can eat at Royal for work no variety after four or five days.

Cons: pools too small lots of people drinking all day whenever so Ill leave to urinate. I was warned by the doctor not to get in the pool with open cuts due to bacteria

Disappointing. Not worth the money.

Pros: Breakfast was the best meal of the day. We especially like the omelet bar, the pineapple and yogurt. We also appreciated the coffee bar where you could grab a coffee or cup of tea, along with some pastry anytime of the day or night.

Cons: We didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra (thought it was an all inclusive!?) for wifi in your room. Otherwise you had to go to the lobby if you wanted to check your email or whatever. Also were not impressed with the barbeque night - they had seating for 50 people, so we were told it was first come first serve OR you could pay for a bottle of wine to reserve your spot. Cheapest bottle was 600 pesos. Another money grab. Seemed weird that an all inclusive had all these extras that weren't included. The wine at the daily buffet was terrible! There was also some weird stuff happening with getting a lounge chair on the beach or around the pool; there were never enough loungers for everyone it seemed. We weren't fans of the nightly (very loud) entertainment. Thankfully, it was over by 11.
