Worse place to stay ever.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: The person at the desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied and had no idea anyone was in the room. When we got our new room we was told it was just cleaned and when we entered the room was not nice at all. The chairs in the room were torn and the room smelled like puke. The toilet had vomit on the bottom of it and there was also something running down the wall. We was afraid to even sit anywhere. We didn't stay in the room we left and didn't go back. We stayed in a different hotel. We paid way to much for a room we couldn't even stay in. Not to mention when we left my husband found a bug on him and we are pretty sure it was a bed bug. I will never go back. IT WAS DISCUSTING!!!!

Pros: The location was near my event. But the office hours is not good opens typically @ 11 am I did not see breakfast and the cleanliness was not what I expected I had to request a room change because the first floor room facilities was not clean nor acceptable for me to bath in but the front desk was helpful in changing my room.

Cons: the smell in the room, the kitchen area was old and out dated and old appliances. It appeared to be a location for families to stay long term but not too suitable for weekend or traveling guest

Cons: Well I pulled up 2 the hotel expecting 2 see nice n clean area.. wasn't that... went to check ✔️ in, the guy didn't even acknowledge me n my child when walked in, yes he was on the phone but a hello, I'll be with you in a min.. something.. finally off the phone, still took 10sec to look up from the computer to say how can I help you.. Now two white females work in at this time n you spoke to them before they made it in the door completely. He assigned me 2 room 145.. I had 2 pee so me n my door enter the room.. As my child puts the key in n turn the noble the handle on the door came off in the inside.. I sled it bk on but the door wouldn't open.. so I just went to pee..ok turn on the light in bathroom tub was so dirty, even the dirty water stains was all over the side of the tub, ashes in the sink, and the floor had sticky stuff... so at this point I need another room...I told my child to gather the things let me run to the truck to get the other key n we going 2 the front.. I did that, I close her in the room for 2mins n walked bk up 2 the door to find out it was never close.. I literally just was able 2 push o. The door with a Lil force n door came right open.. YALL kno I'm mad right.. I walked 2 the front n put the handle on the counter, he looking crazy n looking at me like wat u mean the handle come off... what I didn't like yall was the face of his, it told me you knew something was wrong with that room n didn't care, even seeing that I had a 7year ole with me..I got moved to room 110...No better its mold somewhere in the room n the bathroom.

Cons: If I could rate this as zero, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I ever had in my whole life. I could list around 20 issues that happened during the last weekend, but I will give you a few examples. First: no reception, you got to call to a phone number for someone to come, and when we arrived, the security was sleeping and I literally woke him up to check in. Second: in the minute I opened the room door, I felt this disgusting and REALLY STRONG smoke smell, like cigarettes, even though they say is a smoke-free facility. I have smoke/cigarette allergies and sleeping on a room like that for the first night literally got me sick the whole weekend. On the second day they moved us to another room, which was still smelling like smoke. The aisles were full of trash bags, and they were all damaged so they were trash everywhere. On the second day, I called them on their phone number to ask for a towel. They said they would bring one in 10 minutes. I had to call to other times in the next hour, and they still did not bring the towel I asked. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The mattress was way bigger than the bed set, which means if we moved to the edge of the bed, we'd fell. There was this lady on the room below ours, she was literally knocking the roof (which was our floor) and she was complaining about an inexistent noise, according to her we were walking too loud (what the hell was that supposed to mean)? This lady came to our door to complain about this noise when we were literally laying on the bed just typing on the cellphone. On the following day, the security came to me to talk about this lady and the complaints, and he was rude and he was telling us we shouldn't keep the noises (WHAT NOISES?). In the middle of one night, I woke up with a really loud music playing on the room above us. I saw two couples checking in and 5 minutes later checking out because of the disgusting conditions of the rooms.

Cons: Everything was dirty, has mold smell in the room and it was roach infested
