    Ruined, because of the service.

    Pros: Paid for a twin with balcony, didn't get it. .put us in a corner main level room with noisy air conditioner outside the room. Too noisy. Booked again for a twin with balcony. They weren't going to give it to us. Said they didn't have. Until I made issue with it . Suddenly they had.
    Cons: Second room was fine. Shouldn't of had to argue with them to get what we paid for.

    Cons: Room looked like a scene from a horror movie - dark stains all over the tiled floor, the bathroom stunk of sewage and the aircon wasnt cold. There was also a dead possum on the window sill and incredibly loud music from the festival going on in front of the hotel. Honestly horrendous we booked somewhere else and left almost immediately. Receptionist didnt give us our passports back so had to return for them.

    Pros: 10 minute walk from Ado bus terminal. Decent food spots around. Rooms were spacious.
    Cons: No lift. There was a small space with a sink, would be ideal to have some more kitchen facilities in the rooms. Definitely a place you stay for one night. No alcohol allowed in the hotel.

    Run the other way. Pay more and stay somewhere else.

    Cons: It was awful. The room was dark and really outdated, and the bed was very uncomfortable and dented in the center. The bathroom was like a horror movie bathroom - everything smelt mildewy and mold everywhere. Photos on Booking.com aren't the best representation of the place. It was the last few days of our trip and did not want to spend any more time there. We asked for a refund for the second night - the night staff was understanding of the situation and said she'd refund the whole amount that I had paid by credit card for the 2 nights and I paid for just the first night in cash. I wanted to get a receipt for the refund the next day, but the morning staff gave me a whole lot of attitude and refused because 'it's not a transaction'. What?
