    Pros: Loved the property and they were overbooked so we got an upgrade that was a pleasant surprise the only thing was cobwebs and dusty on the upper part of the room but all in all it was a very pleasant stay

    Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very responsive. My kids enjoyed the pool, esp that you could swim under a wall to outside. Unfortunately the spa was out for repairs. That would have been nice. One night, my youngest son had an allergic reaction. I had no Benadryl and was traveling alone with two kids under 7. I went to the lobby area where they had some snacks and basic toiletries for sale. Unfortunately no meds like Benadryl, claritin, or even tylenol. I talked to the front desk attendant who was wonderful. She understood the urgency and concern and gave me a Claritin from her own supply. I was able to give it to my son and saved a trip at 4 am to the urgent care or pharmacy. She was so awesome for doing this for us.
    Cons: Older accommodations. Could use some updating like of beds, sheets (had a torn one that the staff exchanged, but everything seemed worn out.

    Cute hotel, good location, not impressed with anything else there. Will not go back!

    Pros: I liked the atmosphere, the location was beautiful, the room was clean for the most part. The staff were very nice and helpful.
    Cons: The hot tub/spa was not working, I was not aware of this when I was booking, or I probably would not have stayed there. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed- very strong odor. There were a couple of teenage boys who were inappropriate in the pool, and we saw them again a couple of times, one of which being them running (very loudly) up and down the hallways of both the 2nd and 3rd floors. I was just very excited to stay here as I have always heard great things about this hotel, but unfortunately I was very disappointed.

    Cute hotel, good location, not...

    Pros: I liked the atmosphere, the location was beautiful, the room was clean for the most part. The staff were very nice and helpful.
    Cons: The hot tub/spa was not working, I was not aware of this when I was booking, or I probably would not have stayed there. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed- very strong odor. There were a couple of teenage boys who were inappropriate in the pool, and we saw them again a couple of times, one of which being them running (very loudly) up and down the hallways of both the 2nd and 3rd floors. I was just very excited to stay here as I have always heard great things about this hotel, but unfortunately I was very disappointed.

    Pros: Close proximity to the Civic Center and restaurant choices.
    Cons: There were many children running through hallways at night.
