Cons: The bed was not Comfortable at all. The shower knob was broken. My husband had to work with it so we could at least get a shower. There was not enough towels or wash clothes and had to ask for them. The breakfast was ok but have had better

Pros: We've stayed here before. Easy location for us to connect with the kids, who are near campus, and then going to out to eat or doing things on the south side of town.

Cons: Some of the items in the room were dated. A couple of burned out lights, light switches didn't work or didn't exist.

Pros: Atmosphere

Cons: I noticed around all the halls and all the bedrooms nobody’s cleaning the corner so many things can do that the edges of the walls. It appears like nobody ever goes back and does all the walls corners. They probably need to plan a day a month to do that every two months but it’s obvious it’s pretty bad Even in the room all around the edge of the room floor is up gross that just hadn’t gotten vacuum for a while and then that’s the same amount very obvious and the lobby and hallways wouldn’t take that much to occasionally get those edges.

Pros: The pool was amazing.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't available due to the hotel being extremely busy.

Pros: Staff that’s about it.

Cons: Pool was always way too packed. One girl was vaping in the hot tub. One man was smoking pot walking down the hall. The hotel had no quiet time and if they did it was not enforced. Kids and parents were walking and screaming in halls until one in the morning. They had no cleaning staff in hand all weekend. Food was meh. Not really many good things about this place. Staff was the only thing positive but they were way understaffed.

An overpriced, neglected hotel that...

Pros: You can tell that at one point many years ago, this hotel must have been really nice to stay at. I wish I had known how neglected it's become.

Cons: I've never stayed at a hotel that felt so dirty, from dusty logs in our room, to every hallway having dirt, trash, or debris lying around, to the literal dried vomit I saw in the elevator and by the pool door. There were no clean towels in the pool, despite the fact that it was still early in the day, and there were clumps of hair near the sides of the pool.

Pros: Location and breakfast offerings

Cons: We got there later in the evening and there was only one staff member (typical and not a complaint) who was away from the desk so we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes for her to return but after that check in went very quickly

Pros: Loved the location, and the value.

Cons: We made it to breakfast 15 minutes prior to their stated end time and it was roped off for entrance.

We love this theme hotel....

Pros: the bartender was fabulous! He made bringing in our new year fun! we didn't have any plans and decided to have a staycation but other family and friends decided to join us!

Cons: it was freezing in the pool area. it needs to be a little warmer in there. and the hot tub water was cold as well.

Pros: Room was decent sized, enjoyed the balcony.

Cons: Body wash in shower was empty, lotion dispenser was broke, 2 light bulbs burnt out in lamps..but the worst part was getting into bed and finding the sheets had not been washed. Human and I'm assuming dog hair was everywhere.

Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes to be able to get our room Our head board was loose and pulled away from the wall leaning had to put a pillow behind it just where it wouldn’t rock 3 out of 5 pillows was hard as a rock and hurt our necks we asked the man at the desk he said he would get us some even wrote it down(8 hours later) we asked again and same thing no new pillows. Hallways/elevators was very dirty and had broken/missing tiles Got ice in the little bucket and the next morning it had all melted when I looked in the bottom there was several pieces of a black goop/slime floating around that was in the ice cubes prior to them melting Hot tub wasn’t working when we was down there Light above our jacuzzi tub wasn’t working Faucet to our jacuzzi tub was severely loose Holes in the bathroom wall plugged with toilet paper Boogers on the back of the bathroom door below the handle Body wash was completely empty Wall paper pealing inside our room (The lady did comp one night of our stay for a few of the issues we reported that needed maintenance to address) We have stayed here multiple times it is the only place we stay and haven’t had ANY issues in the past. Usually have no complaints at all. Is always clean and a really nice place all around. But sadly this time we was disappointed in our stay and are debating if we return next time….

Pros: The cabin look was the only great thing about this place

Cons: I could rub my finger across any surface and there was dust/dirt the room wasn’t cleaned good at all , there was white stuff caked up on the shower curtains and the room smelled like smoke it said we had balcony view and the door just lead to a back yard the whole reason we stayed there was so our kids could swim and we was there 30 minutes and went down to the pool and it was full of 30 plus people my kids tried to get into the pool and everyone was mean to him and said they rented it and didn’t want anyone else in there , so they didn’t get to swim because they rent the pool out to the public without staying there so people that stay there don’t have access to it like advertised , we asked the front desk if we could get a refund to go elsewhere so our kids that have been stuck in the car for hours could swim and they stated they didn’t do refunds Also couldn’t shower because all the soaps was completely out in the shower
