    Pros: Very helpful staff and friendly.
    Cons: Every night could hear loud disturbances inside and out of the hotel which would continue up until 3 or 4 a.m. Lots of yelling, screaming and traffic noise which could be heard clearly from the 3rd floor. This is not a place to get rest and sleep.

    Pros: The manager was nice when we encountered a problem with the booking. It compensated that she did not charge us for the extra amenities when there was trouble with the original room booked. Kudos to her quick thinking.
    Cons: Too bare, very outdated. But staff were nice.

    Pros: The room is very clean and bed is nice to sleep with. All the staffs are friendly esp. The front desk personnel and housekeeping. The location is very accessible to everything esp. WAIKIKI BEACH which is a lock away from the hotel
    Cons: There is no dresser, table and we have to request for chair coz my husband needs it for his back. Needs a TV that have more channels instead of just 1. Needs even 1 shelf in bathroom.

    Pros: Staff was very polite and respectful.
    Cons: There was a lot of broken hardware throughout the hotel room. Items such as the balcony door lock, the towel rack, and the Curtin rod mount all were about to fall down. The Ac rattled loudly and had mold in the vent.

    Pros: When I call to ask them for late checkin the receptionist was so rude. She abruptly disconnected the call and when I call back she kept my on hood for several minutes. It was a bad experience at this hotel. And they overcharged for parking.
    Cons: Just location wise its close to waikiki beach.

    Pros: Location was good central to everything going on
    Cons: Tv didn't work (even after maintence fixed it) Loud music played at bars till midnight and we were on the 8th floor, parking costs $45 that you don't find out till you check in

    Pros: Karaoke bar is fun. Close to beach.
    Cons: Shower is awful. Construction noise will be huge soon. Can't check in til 4. Outside deck floor of room is DISGUSTING!
