    Pros: Great rooms, fantastic breakfast, amazingly helpful and friendly staff willing to help at all times
    Cons: Disappointed at the lack of choice in the dinner menu due to kitchen issues. Also, didn’t expect to have to pay for the Spa so didn’t use it.

    Pros: Perfect location, tranquil and whole environment was perfect. Rooms were great with a lovely view. Will definitely be visiting again!

    Cons: Arrived at reception for our evening meal we had booked a table for four and were shown into the breakfast room which was empty only us would be in there and it was closed off from dining room a very lonely meal , ordered a vodka and cranberry juice and was told they didn’t have any vodka or cranberry juice , no onion rings or fries the fried was broken all told not a good experience x then breakfast no smoked salmon or fried bread service was poor x

    A beautiful stay for a...

    Pros: Everything!! It was myself and mum that visited. We loved every moment since we arrived. Shame its some time away but we will definitely be back. The spa is amazing and the woodland bedrooms have such a beautiful view. We stayed in a twin room.
    Cons: There was nothing we didn't like! It was amazing and such a beautiful place.

    Cons: When I made the booking I only did so because it stated on the site that it had a gym, spa and a swimming pool only to find out after booking via email that if I wanted to use the facilities I would need to pay additional monies to do so as this was not included in the booking fee.

    Lovely building and hotel rooms...

    Pros: Fantastic building in a lovely secluded area , the bedrooms were lovely and the SPA facilities were good. Staff all seemed helpful.
    Cons: The bar and restaurant let the hotel down. The food was terrible.
