Cons: We booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrive they said they did not have any available and did not provide any solution. Furthermore, there was a group of students in our floor making a lot of noise, so we could not rest. Not recommended.

Pros: Live music at night if youre in to that thing.

Cons: They have music on in the bar area and they are adamant you spend money/or buy a drink to be able to have a seat at a table here, even if you are a guest of the hotel and there are spare tables available. Staff didnt help with heavy bag when checking in when clearly struggling. Room wasnt very clean - in bed, and in bathroom. Unhygienic

Excellent location plus easy getaway to the airport

Pros: Hotel is very clean and the conceriierge staffs are extremely good and they are like the ambassadors of the hotel. The front desk staff by the name of Asa is also an excellent ambassadors to the hotel who is very polite.. House keeping is very good and efficient. Nice big showers and big bathroom

Cons: Manager of the hotel needs to upgrade her attitude and and not interfer with room service order, she liked to me saying that there's no phones in the kitchen. However, many a times the cooks have rang me from the kitchen when they have run out of a certain stock. How did the hotel manager contact the cook to convey my food orders when she said there's no phones in the kitchen. Obviously she has lied and not very professional, she messed up my dinner food order. She refused to let me to speak to the cook to order me dinner of a special order due to my personal health reason. The manager must understand that some people have food allergies and therefore better to speak to the cook directly so the cook can cater accordingly to the customers needs. I fe6she is just a churvnist showing off her power to prove that she is the boss. 2 of the front desk are quite rude
