Pros: Great shower/ changing room facility in case of late check-out, since it wasnt possible to stay in the room. Friendly staff.

Cons: Saunas werent heated up enough, especially steam baths ( they were turned on when we said we wanted to use them, but couldnt heat up properly).

Wonderful family run hotel in the heart of amazing countryside.

Pros: The staff, without exception, were helpful, welcoming, friendly. The room was lovely and the views superb. The breakfasts were excellent in terms of choice and taste. We had one evening meal, which was a set meal but of a very good standard. would go again without hesitation.

Cons: Zermatt, being Switzerland, is an expensive option but the hotel was pretty good value for money considering the location, and what it provided.

Pros: breakfast was exceptional, friendly staff, very nice spa and hot tub, location (easy walk to the main stretch of restaurants, less than a 10 min walk to the Matterhorn Express), shuttle service to lifts in the morning

Cons: very minor - no free shuttle to train upon departure although it is an easy walk

Pros: Great rooms (attention to details made it a very comfortable stay), excellent breakfast and restaurant, very warm cozy lounge, super kind, friendly and cooperative staff.. we will return to this hotel... Bravo Hotel Sonne and very warm regards to the lovely young ladies on the reception who helped us a lot. The Masris (Dina & Basel).
