Exceptional

It was great, would recommend to any family and would definitely come back again.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, enough choice even for fussy eaters. The outside and pool area was clean and well maintained only downside was the pool was freezing cold (maybe because of the time of year). The hotel was 5 mins walk away from the beach and restaurants which was great. We would definitely come back again!

Cons: We would recommend pre-booking a taxi to wherever you're going as it took a while to to get a taxi to Palma, but we got there eventually. The wifi wasn't amazing, was very slow and we only connected to 1 device, so sort out your own data before hand.

Not 4 star quality with poor food .

Pros: Rooms were clean and most staff friendly . Most of stay there was no snack bar available . Food was terrible and that seemed to be the common complaint even staff agreed . Very tasteless and poor quality . I spent over and above to purchase food which I did not account for . House keeping only came once during my stay .

Sol Palma Nova 23 family holiday

Pros: Food has improved since our last visit in 2019. Entertainment was excellent. Location perfect. Very clean.

Cons: Not allowed inflatables in the pool except standard rubber rings. Lots of entertainment for kids say up to 7 and adults over 16. We had a 9 year old and a 11 year old. Who was not allowed to join in. A gap here for these ages needs filling.

Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Very clean and well run hotel. Food good with variety every day and an excellent snack bar throughout the day. Lots of spots to relax over the two buildings and all inclusive is excellent.

Cons: Single beds are very small, but comfortable. WiFi signal weak in parts of hotel.

Pros: Staff interaction, any problems or queries were dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Mobility scooter parking and access very good.

Cons: Processed food. Food left to go cold. One of two lifts nearly always out of order. Areas in foyer, stairs and lift wet from people from pool causing slippage. Shower floor. No mat causing slippage. Rear access gate does not always allow entry with card.
