A fabulous hotel that is kept immaculately clean, helpful staff and all in a beautiful location

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely with a fabulous view of the med. The cleanliness of the hotel has to be one of the best I've ever stayed in. Everything was kept so clean around the entire hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of food which was a great staple each morning. A great vibe about the hotel and lovely to come back each evening for a cocktail or two!

Cons: We did find the bed was too hard and asked if this could be rectified with a mattress topper. The staff were extremely helpful with this and got one for us. This helped a lot and we were very comfortable.

Staff was not friendly service was mediocre could be because it was the end of summer and they had enough of the tourist

Pros: It was beyond our expectations! Amazing staff, good, atmosphere and even fragrance by the entrance. We loved every moment in this place. We were taken care of as never before. Highly recommended 10/10!

Pros: We have picked this place for our honeymoon - and the decistion was spot on! Absolutely fantastic place! We had a room on the top floor with an amazing beach view in straigth line, like 60 meters to the beach, we could hear the waves from the room :) And what is even better, everyday we could see the sunrise from the bed and the balcony, wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and everyday something different to pick up from - everybody can find something for him/herself. The stuff is really helpful and always smiling and willing to assist :) A big thank you goes to Anita, who welcomed us warmly on the first day, helped with all accomodation stuff, described us all the facilities that Zel Mallorca hotel offers - we do recommend jacuzzi and sauna :) We will go back there :)

Cons: A better food selection for breakfast/lunch would be good, but not the end of the world as there are so many restaurants nearby. Communication could be better as I tried contacting the hotel a few days beforehand through email & booking.com but got no response, so I had to ring them.

Cons: We were looking for less typical turist area and beside the hotel we did not feel for the atmosphere in this area, to us too commercial (mass market)but the hotel is fantastic overall.

Fantastic 4 night break

Pros: The rooms were spacious and felt individual, with a great shower and a minibar. The pool area was fantastic, with super comfy loungers and no hassles with towels, pick them up and dump them off as you need them. The poll bar was great, plenty of options and helpful staff.

Cons: Maybe some more gluten-free options at breakfast. Poached eggs would be good, and also, no avocado.

Stunning property in a great location..would recommmed to couples or groups of friends but be warned, it is expensive!

Pros: Location, layout, look & feel of the entire property.very nice indeed. 99.9% Staff were exceptional - very welcoming and friendly and could not be more helpful. Check in was brilliant - all automated using iPads and key cards for rooms delivered via QR code sent to your phone. Pool area exquisite. DJ playing in the afternoon and evening - good vibe.

Cons: It was very expensive - I understand what they are trying to do having last visited this property before it was bought and updated ie they are trying to offer an exclusive experience. However, 9 for beer (not a pint btw) and 10 for a G&T and you will see what I mean. You do lose the sun in the afternoon from around the pool due to the property location. Smaller pool around the front of the hotel to use but not as nice as the main pool area. Also unfortunately there was one member of bar staff at the outside pool park area who clearly took exception to us not tipping for her service - left a bit of a sour taste with the attitude she presented (basically aggressively pushing the bill towards us on the table and saying you pay now before storming off). Finally - depending on how much you pay for your stay be aware that you may not get the lovely beach front views the hotel depicts in its marketing. We had a room facing the street behind which was basically full of kebab shops, bars and minimarts.
