Pros: The facilities were really nice and clean. Really good pool and entertainment

Pros: The staff were all really friendly and attentive. The range of food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. The bike storage room was fabulous - big and very well equipped.

Cons: How difficult it was to get access to the bike room sometimes. It could be easily solved by putting a buzzer either side of the gate so that reception staff knew someone wanted in or out.

We made the best of it but I wish we had chosen a different hotel.

Pros: Kids enjoyed the water slides.

Cons: There is not much to do other than water slides. There is a show each night but its late. Food was subpar. I was not impressed with the buffet included at all. There is nothing to do at the hotel other than the water park and the kids club. Kids club hours are very limited.
