Hong Kong deserves more tourists - The chinese government is doing all it can to discourage them

Pros: generally pretty good for a small (two rooms only per floor) highrise Hong Kong apartment

Cons: When the fire alarm went off and I was on the 17th floor, a 65 year old with heart and mobility problems I was concerned. When 3 fire engines with long ladders parked in front of the building my fear of what was happening increased. I would not be able to get down 17 flights of stairs. There were no PA announcements at all. No information. The other guest on my floor was similarly concerned but was young enough to get down the stairs. After an hour and a half waiting I had a knock on my door - a chinese speaking maid was delivering my basic breakfast - she was dismissive about the fire alarm - in sign language. I guess that if you are a bit older and may not be as fit as you used to be then you really should rethink about the sort of accommodation that you patronise. As soon as I built up the courage to use the lift I packed up and checked out, earlier than I had previously planned. Not my favourite goodbye from Hong Kong.

An important location in Hong Kong near Possession Street.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the location is very special, in an old district next to the antiques area.

Cons: Well, the bottom line is that I could not find the lights that controlled my room and ended up falling asleep with all the lights shining brightly, then woke up, then couldn't find them.....asked for help....still couldn't get the job done. The light switches are crazy, and they are all over the room. Stress-inducing. Separately, the toilet is so tiny that I couldn't even.....well....wipe. That's just bein real. So large people are advised to avoid this hotel.

Pros: Specifically the location is near to sheung wan station,tram stop near by ,central is near by best place to live only they don't have a midnight room service still there are lots of restaurant near to this hotel over all I give 4/5

Pros: Cool staff, they are friendly and attentive. Extra points for that! My room was very clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel.

Cons: Although the breakfast was delicious, you don't have many options and can't order juice and coffee at the same time, plus you have to pay extra for the coffee :( I don't know if there was soap in the bathroom but I didn't find it. There wasn't any.
