Pros: A lot of money , freezing bathroom , old soap and tv didn’t fix - wall sensor flashing red light like you were in Pigalle France . No sugar for the coffee in room They did fix red light but no tv . However $785 or £585 . They good be better but you are paying for the location !

Pros: I love the location of this fabulous hotel. It has a welcoming staff, incredibly clean and bed is super comfortable.

Cons: I was upgraded and was really grateful for this gesture as my room was slightly bigger than expected. There was not anything I would change!

Wouldn’t ever return nor recommend.

Pros: The location was the only good thing about this property

Cons: The given a room had no natural light, you couldn’t open the curtains as they were blocked out by mirrored panels so the room always seemed dark and dingy. We had a disabled bathroom which had an alarm that constantly went off. My mum had an operation and the alarm continued to go off even past 10pm at night. Then would be followed up from a call from reception. The first time it went off and they called to say someone would come to look and no one attended. It went off for the three days we were there. The safe in the room didn’t work, I asked for them to fix it but there was no luck. It was broken for the whole of our stay, thankfully we hadn’t travelled from aboard and needed to store our passports otherwise that would have been even worse. We checked out and once left received a call from reception manager who wanted to see us before we left but didn’t. They offered a free return or to refund our second night. We are waiting on the refund as we wouldn’t ever stay here again. I believe if they were that bothered by our terrible stay they would have made the effort to see us upon checking out to have offered their apologies and we wouldn’t have had to pay for the second night but now we’ve paid in full and waiting for the refund.
