    Pros: The room was comfortable and big. Every day we had clean towels. Location was perfect, next to the hotel are the bus stations. (Those coming directly from the airport, there is a station next to the hotel.)
    Cons: Since I was staying in a hotel, I expected there to be small bottles of shampoo and soap. But there wasn't. There were the classic liquid soaps hanging on the wall, which are not suitable for washing the face.

    Adequate basic - no major issues, great location

    Pros: Location was great. Easy access to bus, shops, ferries, bars, cafes etc. friendly staff. Air con and tv worked but had to pay deposit for remotes which was refunded straight away on check out. There was a kitchen on 7th floor, no idea if this was just for staff as it wasnt mentioned to us but we used the fridge anyway! I accidentally left a bottle of rose wine in there if anyone wants it, help yourself!
    Cons: Not all sea view rooms have balconies even though it lists in the description. We were given a room without a balcony but the staff worked hard to find us another room with balcony for the next day despite being fully booked. Bed not comfy. Two singles pushed together with a ridge in the middle. Just a single sheet on the bed as a cover and an old tatty blanket in the wardrobe to use - which was only enough for one person. Was cold at night. No kettle or anything in the room. Coffee vending machine not working although you can get Cisk from vending machine and plenty of places close by for breakfast. Would have been nice to have a coffee on the balcony in the morning though. No mention of Wi-Fi

    Really good experience for reasonable price

    Pros: Good location, easy accesibility from airport. Room are clean, well maintained and it was cleaned every day.
    Cons: Was strange that we have to pay deposit of 10 EUR for TV and conditioner remote controlers, but it was returned after checkout. Small cooler in room and better shower in toilet will be service level as we expected, but it was not a big problem

    Nice but a little tired

    Pros: The view from our balcony was fantastic. We were on the 6th floor, amazing view. Close to bars, restaurants, bus stop right out the front. Staff were friendly at the front desk. Great location.
    Cons: We were there for 9 nights, even though our room was tidied each day, the sheets were never changed. The bathroom towels need to be replaced, very old. Unfortunately there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain which was not scrubbed off. There is no microwave in the upstairs kitchen and no wine glasses to use. It would've been great if there was a mini bar in the room to keep cold drinks in. Overall, the place is quite nice despite my critique. .Just needs a little more updating..and a few more creature comforts in the room and this hotel would be great.
