Pros: It wasn’t far away from the underground station.
Cons: It was smaller than it looked on the pictures. The bathroom was a staircase away from our room. The window did NOTHING to keep the outside noice away. The door and walls were so thin that I thought our neighbors were inside the room or really close to our door. The bathroom looked really dirty and was very dusty. Even after we asked for a clean up, there was no difference. The kettle was full of lime. We had a sink in the room but the drain stunk up the room after every use. We also got two almost empty toilet paper rolls for the start. Every time someone opened or closed a door in the house, our door shook too.
I’m sorry to say this but why is something like this even open in a city like London?

Stay clear !
Pros: Location was the only positive - 5 min walk to Victoria Station. Quiet street .
Cons: When we turned up,we were greeted with . ..yes... handed our key and told where to go . We were in 2nd building around the corner from hotel. No welcome , smile, two of them chatting , clearly felt like we were an inconvenience. The room was dirty, no basics like toilet roll, no housekeeping , everything shabby , grotty, broken and absolutely disgusting.
Toilet door didn't close, handle as in pic. entire room smelt of stagnant damp water . Toothpaste on side of sink, Crumbs on carpet, kettle spout dusty, Light on wall over bed hanging on by a wire and tip of screw. Ceiling fan didn't work. Remote for fan smashed . Sash window ropes broken so couldn't open window to air smell out. Reception couldn't have cared less when presented with photos and complaints, The lady shrugged me off.
We had to purchase sanitising products and clean the room.
Main bedroom door could be (when locked ) pushed open as frame damaged . So not safe at all.
Absolutely nothing like it's represented on booking.com or indeed there own website.
Worst hotel we have EVER stayed in ANYWHERE
A youth hostel I'm sure would have better standards.
I cannot see anyone being pleased with their stay here. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or health /breathing issues.

Pros: There was CCTV in the communal areas. The room has a safe in it. There is a basic kettle. The room did have a balcony. The staff were amenable. There was plenty of toilrt roll.
Cons: There is a lot to say about what was not liked. We booked a city room with a balcony & a view; the view was into the backs of people's houses and a tower block, and the balcony was in a poor state with 2 poor condition chairs. The room itself was tiny; the bed took up the entire room with no space to move around, having to climb onto the bed to get to the other side. The bathroom was equally tiny, with barely room to turn, the floor had broken tiles that caught our feet and the sink was just an open hole. The room and bathroom were unclean, with marked linen, and the cups next the kettle were coated in dust. The towels provided were tiny and only use able as hand towels. You could hear everything in the building, if a door closed on another floor, you felt it on the bed, every movement was loud. The hotel itself is not accessible, stairs throughout that are carpeted. The reception was behind a feature akin to a mini cab office, and the property smelled, leaving our belongings and clothes smelling. What was advertised vs what we got were very different, and would recommend against staying here as a couple. Would say its OK if you're in a bind and do not have much stuff. I didn't feel safe at this location and would advise against solo women staying here.

Disappointing
Disappointing
Pros: It was very near Victoria station. Walking distance to many places, lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Check-in and checkout was very quick.
Cons: Uncomfortable mattress. Maybe time to replace? There were different beds in the room but all had the same issue that you can feel the springs.

Nice little old hotel in...
Pros: Nice quite area, but still close to everything. Buckingham Palace, National Gallery and Hyde Park within walking distance.
Cons: I can’t actually put a finger on my stay. I knew the room wasn’t going to be cleaned, but then how much mess can you do in 4 days. There were plenty of coffee and tea for the duration of the stay.

Absolutely appalling for the price....
Pros: Handy location for Victoria underground station and restaurants. Handy free street-side parking from 20:30 Friday to 08:30 Monday. Otherwise not much else to add.
Cons: Room was smelly and cramped. Sockets on the wall were broken, and the "family" room was merely a normal room with 2 extra beds added, resulting in very small amount of space. Items broken throughout the room, the cleanliness was poor and the decor was dirty and outdated. It appears that the photos used for the promo are the only rooms that have been prepared adequately for the £160 a night rate,

Pros: The location was great and we were able to leave our bags before check in time at 2pm
Cons: There was 62 stairs to get to our room on the 4th floor. No elevator. We were not allowed to do an early check in not even 30 mins before. The bathroom was so little I kept burning myself with the towel warmer. There were 3 beds in our room and the room was super outdated that there were holes in the walls and the wallpaper was peeling.
