But instead, I having to stand at the counter arguing with them because they assign the 2 rooms I booked in 2 different floors. Were a family of 5, my childrens are 11,10 and 5 years old, who in their right mind will put their kids in a strange place out of their eyes site? Let alone I have already notified the hotel I wish for an interconnected room, hotel have reply me request have been note. After me showing them Im recording the conversation, the staff on duty telling me he can move us to the same floor, but the rooms are still not next to each other, 8 rooms apart, just for 1 night, tomorrow he will make new arrangements. I have no choice but to accept. The next morning, my husband call to reception to ask what time does breakfast end, he was told by one of the staff it was 11 am. So we decided to let the kids sleep a little more since last night they stay up too late. By 10:30am we walk down to have breakfast, the breakfast already ended at 10am. My husband, who usually very calm, but this time he got so pissed off he went off at them so the manager on duty, put us in a meeting room, isolated from the rest is this how you wanted to be treat on your holiday???? So the manager on duty Tammy, said to me to give them another chance to fix up everything correctly, she offer to upgrade our room. Honestly during breakfast I already book us another room, was not happy with the service and the hotel itself was old and smelly. But were only in Taiwan for 3 nights 2 days, so I didnt want to spend the time moving to a different hotel and the whole process was just time waisted. I told them I have laundry to do, so they have express service , she said yes and this time let the laundry be on me.

Cons: The room looks tired. Design is not modern. The hotel is very busy. Throughout the day there are many people in the lobby.. Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor, shampoo and bath soap not replenish.

Pros: Friendly reception staff and concierge. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Huge spread of Taiwanese breakfast buffet Location very convenient. Especially like the hotel entrance with car drop off that many hotels don't have. 24 hour gym. Umbrellas with rubber tips that are good for long walks
