Great staff, facilities and location. Sad my stay was not longer.

Pros: The hotel staff is absolutely kind and welcoming. We were very happy to stay in this hotel. For us the location was perfect as we needed something relatively close to the airport. To our surprise, the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport which as very convenient for us. The hotel has a pool and a gym which we found fantastic for a business hotel. We could swim with our children who were very happy to get a splash and have fun in the water.

Pros: Highlights: - free breakfast (great options) - free shuttle ride - sauna, pool & massage available - great lounge areas inside - wonderful staff (very friendly & helpful) - great location with immediate restaurants, cafes, shops around. - room service until midnight (we used this when my husband got ill) I was celebrating my birthday and requested they added some spunk in the room - they delivered (deserts, decor above the bed and beautiful card saying happy birthday) and it was tasteful. However, our room was really disappointing - everything was falling apart and appeared old. The AC was not cooling off at some points even though we went in October, the phone didnt work unless on speaker; to order room service was always a challenge and the bathroom was my least favorite to go into. Lets just say for how beautifully kept everything else was in the building our room didnt meet standards. Anyways, we had a great time the staff truly made our stay everyone was helpful, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The food at the restaurant and breakfast were amazing - plenty of options! I booked a massage and I was 1 month postpartum and the masseuse altered the massage and gave me some special touches. All in all it was great time in Bogot and I would recommend and return. Ps: if staff is reading this our room was 733. I didnt make any complaints at the front.

Cons: The bed gave me back ache. But, my husband said he was comfortable - maybe Im picky?

Sheraton standard

Pros: Service is as expected of a Sheraton hotel. The breakfast and lunch staff were wonderful. The security people are helpful with helpful advice.

Cons: Probably the repairs but necessary to keep the hotel be it's name signify.
