    Worst 4stars hotel - No recommended

    Pros: The staff was kind but not resolutive.
    Cons: I check in on the 23th of october. The first room that they gave me was very dirty,sheets and everything with stains. I went down to the front desk and the girl gave me another room but same problem. A smell like old.Stains of blood and other stuff on the pillows , the sheets, little blue balls of some kind of detergent on the matress, the sofa in the rome very dirty. I went to the front desk again to complain and she told that they dont have a room clean that night. She gave a new sheet and a blanket that was smelling. After that the surprise came. Some cochroaches that i was unable to catch on the photo. The room is oudated. But that is not the problem. For a 4 stars hotel and 600 /2 nights you exepct to be clean.

    Disappointing

    Pros: forget Reixac if going by train and head for Montcada Ripollet (change train at Sants if travelling from airport) Reixac station is a mile from hotel with no bus whilst taxis wont pick up there.
    Cons: hotel technically 4* but access difficult up a rough path or steep hill from Montcada Ripollet train station which has hourly services to Barcelona Sants station ((at times half hourly but unreliable) where you can get train to BCN every half hour.
