    Very pleasant time and super friendly staff

    Pros: I rarely give the qualification 10, because perfect doesnt exist. And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that arent perfect, but thats nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities. I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.

    Modern, clean and very relaxing hotel in the heart of Bandung.

    Pros: Excellent hotel. The swimming pool was lovely and it was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and close to shopping mall. The breakfast was a big buffet of good food. Modern hotel in heart of Bandung. Made for a very pleasant holiday.

    If I wanted to travel again to Bandung, I wouldnt stay in Sensa hotel.

    Pros: The mall is near by the hotel
    Cons: There is no isolation of sound. The air conditioning is not working properly. The size of the air conditioner is too small to cover the whole room. Door of the rooms were not closed properly. The safe box is not working. The faucet of the sink is not functioning correctly. The toilet needs deep cleaning. Make sure when you book in this hotel, contact the customer service to see where the room is located!
