    Pros: We stayed in both the partial view and the deluxe suite. Both are absolutely comfortable, clean and have amazing views. Beds are very comfortable . Not too soft and not too hard. I will say, the deluxe (bottom suite on the lobby floor) is a little noisy with people walking by but we were there on a busy weekend with conferences going on. I found the room upstairs way quieter. Just a note! but nothing that makes it a deal breaker. The Jacuzzi tubs were clean (huge deal for me!) and you're able to adjust temp to liking . I had a great time and am booked another stay for Feb!

    Lovely hotel in fabulous location.

    Pros: Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, right on Pismo Beach. We booked a room with a hot tub and partial sea view. The room was a good size, beautifully presented and had a cosy fire. We ate at the restaurant which was excellent. The hotel doesnt do breakfast in the restaurant as such, but you can order it via room service. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

    The hotel tried hard, it was not expensive and we had fun.

    Pros: Good location. The kids body boarded in the surf.
    Cons: Pismo is a bit of a dump. We would have been better stopping at Morro Bay or pushing on to Santa Barbara on our road trip.

    Pros: Location was great and the jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing
    Cons: Our tv couldnt play or update any apps (Netflix, Hulu etc) and there were no good tv channels so we were stuck watching Cops all night. I told the staff and they told me hotel guests usually bring their HDMI cables and connect their phones to the tv. Ummmm yeah had I known the apps on the tvs wouldnt work without it I obviously wouldve. I was not offered a discount of any sort and when I asked I was told someone would call me. Im still waiting. I will be calling again tomorrow

    Great location, short walk from the beach, pier and restaurants.

    Pros: Hot tub on balcony was a nice touch, rooms very spacious. Views across the beach were spectacular.
    Cons: There was no view from the hot tub on the balcony because the veranda was much higher than the level of the hot tub, so county sit and take in the sunset which was a shame.

    Pros: The location was very good.
    Cons: They charged an extra $30.00 per day for parking fee although we did not have a car they said the fee was for parking and water in the room coffee in the room etc. Every hotel I have stayed in in my life provided water and coffee for free. They also pressure you to give the cleaning staff a tip and leave an envelope in the room for it. Again, I have never had to give a tip to the cleaning staff except on a cruise but not a hotel. I felt like they were nickle and diming us to death. Our room had a long skylight which in the morning let in way too much light.

    Pros: Its was right in the beach and walking distance to everything
    Cons: They held onto $100 while we were there in case of any damages it was returned to us when we checked out and now it has been taken out of my account again with no reason
