Pros: We have stayed here several times in the last two years or so. We feel that the facilities are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We both have bad backs so the bed is important to us. We noticed that this time around the property was being updated, which is greatly appreciated, the laminate flooring looked and felt beautiful

Cons: The one thing that we noticed is that in the showers in the handicap rooms, there is nowhere to put your toiletries. For a handicap person. This makes things very difficult if you have to bend up and down in a shower to get your soaps and shampoos and such. It would be a good idea to install some thing in the showers to accommodate this.

Vending machines that dont work in off season & (no free breakfast)even though its marketed as open all year.. Free coffee was mud -disgusting, dumped down the drain. I brought my own powder mix Cappucino but water never got hot enough & no microwave. When mentioned to staff I was told, theres always hot water in the lobby. ?????!!!!!! Poorly executed Disabled room. Towels, toilet paper & 2 oz free shampoo up high! Currently seeking alternative places for future trips to the area.

Pros: Good location, central to outlets & beach. Parking right in front of the room. Clean.

Cons: No heat. We froze. We were told, “The boiler is old, give it a chance.” No way to control the room temperature. There’s a switch on the side that was supposed to turn it up & it didn’t go on. Cold baseboard heating all night!We slept with two pair of socks & our sweatshirts on. No extra blanket offered. Absolutely ruined our stay & deflated any value! The first night was not as bad as it was warmer out that day. We were told, “When the sun goes down it gets colder!” Seriously? It’s marketed “open year round.” However, there is no free breakfast or even working vending machines off season!!! We decided to book a second night prior to coming & were told because they were two separate reservations we’d have to check out before 11:00 the next morning & check in again. We did this. Only the guy forgot to reactivate our key cards. Upon returning the next day, needing to use the bathroom, our key did not work! The “disabled” room has a shelf over the toilet so high I had to knock the roll of toilet paper off it with my crutch. The same with the towels. The “wheel in” shower had no shower bench, hand held shower or place to put toiletries while in it. It had one stationary very high shower you couldn’t reach to adjust! The water temperature also fluctuated & took a long time to get hot. On the sink, There is no place to set anything, toothbrush etc. I did try to prop them behind the faucet. The teeny 1” x 2” piece of soap did fit on it. That & a 2 oz. tube of shampoo were the “free toiletries.”. There was a fridge, no microwave & no coffee maker. “Coffee,” was available in the lobby until 9:00? Coffee tasted muddy like bad instant coffee. The water itself tasted bad (bring a filtered bottle). I would not recommend this for a disabled person unless they travel with a tall able bodied person. It’s convenient but not a good value.
