Pros: Very nice facility. Clean and well maintained.

Cons: 1- Extra fees were charged without advising us on the website. We were charged another $55 resort fee, which you dont get back. 2- They require you to allow them to charge a $300 incidental damage fee to our card. 3- NO ELEVATOR

This was a little staycation for our 21st anniversary and this place did not disappoint.

Pros: This place was amazing. When checking in we were told Welcome Home and they did not lie. This place was literally a home away from home. We had everything we could possibly need from silverware to a laundry room! Our room was not far from the pool. There were so many amenities like a place to grill, play mini golf, a gym, basketball court & more. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to stay here again.

Disappointing

Pros: Not much. Suppose to be a resort it did not have the atmosphere of a resort you can get the same atmosphere at a good hotel

Wouldnt stay here again.

Pros: The pool was nice and the rooms large

Cons: We had no hot water for 3 dayscalled maintenance and the asked if wed turned the tub tap on when we were dying to shower. We were told you have to do that and also turn the shower to col because the tap was installed backwards. (Hot position was cold and vice versa)
