Pros: The staff was great as were the facilities. I really enjoyed the fitness facility and used it every day of my stay.

Cons: Some of the lights in my unit were either burned out or not working. Plus many of the outlets I tried to use were very loose or old. Some of my cords or cords for items like the iron fell out.

Pros: Unexpected size, this room was more of an apartment, and included a washer & dryer which was great for long stays. Full kitchen & 2 baths. Very accommodating. The pool area was very impressive, large and plenty of games.

Cons: Stairs, as we were on the 3rd floor. It was difficult at first arrival and departure, but once established it was fine.

Pros: The Front desk Agent, washer and dryer.

Cons: 3 consecutive days, insomniac daughter & myself disturbed from sleep8:00 am to after 1:00 pm by LOUD GRINDING THUMPING NOISES & daily TREE SHREDDING & EXCAVATION CREW!Machines,workers & trucks filling the prkg lot outside my apt. COMPLAINED, WANT REFUND

Pros: Loved all the living area space, it was like a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything we needed in the kitchen even pool towels ready for us. Also love that they actually had an adult only pool. All for less cost than a hotel room.

Pros: Quiet, extra clean, good location for us-we were going to Mayo.

Cons: The property overall is tired and needs a major upgrade. No elevators and stairs not for the faint of heart if you have mobility issues. Hilton needs to shut down and do major renovation. Not up to Hilton standards with the exception of cleanliness
