Wonderful central hotel, but I...

Pros: Great property very central, but I will say having stayed in 5 star hotels, this just wasn’t one. Nothing was wrong with the hotel, it was wonderful but it’s definitely boutique and not ‘all singing, all dancing’ you would expect from 5 star hotels. This might be a difference in rating from country to country, but don’t let this put you off it’s great for a weekend break and very comfortable with lovely staff, but don’t expect 5 star.

Cons: Room bathroom was very smelly. Cleaners should report plumbing problems and room should be out of use until problems are fixed.

Cons: I booked for 4 nights, then I informed them in Second day that I will stay for 3 nights but unfortunately they deducted all amount. Toilet water hose was not working proper and I informed them but they didn’t fix the problem
