All in all, this hotel and a huge disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros: The location is next to the Sarinah complex, a department store together with shops and many terrific restaurants.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing renovation so many parts of the hotel were walled off, including the lobby, and loud sounds of hammering and drilling throughout the hotel were very disturbing (although mercifully they ceased at night). The wi-if was painfully slow and occasionally non-existent. The main restaurants chairs appeared to have decades of gravy stains ingrained in the fabric. The entrance to the pool was through a drab corridor and the pool itself had no changing facilities. The so-called spa was small and sad looking, with very little equipment, and I found the attendants either asleep or missing altogether. The lobby staff were generally unhelpful and it too ages for the front-of-house staff to hail a taxi. Apart from its location, there appeared to be virtually no other redeeming features to this hotel.

Robi the Front office manager is really not good and not in standard of other Marriot hotel that i been. 1 room can have 2 guest. if main guest haven't check in so the second guet cant check in? we pay and we cant have check in first before the main guest arrive even we already provide the COPY ID . Please make it the good Marriot standard like the other. i believe Marriot Group can do better than this. Me and guest really disappointed we just check out and not even stay there . just check out at night and not sleep there because my guest really disappointed for the service. thank you

I enjoy my stay at Sari Pacific and I feel very comfortable in the room as if it is my second home

Pros: The staff there are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I like to appraise two of their staff, Sindy, who is extremely helpful and always check in to ensure I am comfortable and my needs are met. The other staff was Susilo, who makes an effort to remember my breakfast preference.
