Exceptional hotel stay

Pros: Family run hotel , staff couldn't do any more to help . Stayed all over the world, and this is by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Continental breakfast had so much choice between 8am and 10am . We already want to go back and will be booking again very soon . Absolutely exceptional hotel *****

Wow! Fabulous hotel in heart of Kamari

Pros: All the staff are so friendly snd couldn't do enough for you. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Marthas amazing breads and jams for breakfast were a great way to start the day. Great sun terrace for sunbathing before going down for a dip in pool. Our balcony over looked the street which was great for people watching. Great location only minutes from beach and bars/restaurants!

Pros: Martha and staff were amazing could not do enough. Any request was not a problem. Rooms spotless clean and daily cleaning fresh linen every day. Breakfast was excellent Marthas jams and bread was fabulous.

Wonderful relaxing stay in a first class hotel

Pros: Hotel was amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The whole complex was clean and well kept. The breakfast had so much choice and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pros: This place is small, quiet, clean, well maintained with very helpful staff - they arranged car hire for us one day, provided clear directions for bus travel another, airport transfers and made a pretty decent mojito to have poolside. The breakfast provided is perfectly ample, with my 4 fussy eating kids more than happy with the alternatives. The location is truly fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach and many (many) places to eat - just don't walk along too early in the evening or you'll have to deal with every front of house staff in town trying to get you to sit and eat. Kamari is a slightly less busy place than the cliffside places like Fira and Oia.

Cons: The bedsheets were hilariously loud and the aircon system was a bit touch and go in one of our rooms. It was October however so wasn't a big issue. Email response is a bit slow at times.

Ideal location as other parts of the Island do get very busy

Pros: Wifi included and worked fine. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Organised a quad bike for me to explore the island! Gave us an upgrade for honeymoon suite (?!!?) we are bobbing on a bit... Transfers to and from hotel worked like clockwork with minimum of fuss or delay. Arrived by ferry and departed via airport. Location of hotel is excellent. Round the corner for all the tavernas, bars and restaurants and yet quiet when we went back to the room to sleep.

Cons: The swimming pool could have been deeper but if you need to cool off there it is. Taps are saltwater so use bottled water to clean your teeth. They rely upon desalination as they don't get much rain. Unlike Manchester - which was the whole reason for going there! OK there was no lift up to the room but then this is not a four star Hotel. Other than that it certainly met the quality criteria. Great place to stay! As a destination Santorini gets swamped by cruise ships so our visit to Thira was a bit of a joke. Mad traffic jams and far too many people. Same further up the coast but we did get to see everything apart from Thira - we gave up on that one. Just too busy. Red beach was rubbish. In fact the only worthwhile beaches were the ones round the corner from the Hotel. So choose this resort and do a few day trips. I am glad we did... Finally do NOT even think about walking up a mountain to go see Ancient Thira. Even on a quad bike it was a bit of a mare negotiating all the switchbacks and boy was it windy at the top. Windy as in breeze. And windy as in hairpin roads. And windy as in personality as I am getting olde!

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel. Great location. The pool is immaculately clean and the staff is wonderful, especially the owner, Martha!

Cons: The walls are thin and you can hear all the neighbors. We had several teenagers check in so was a bit noisy for awhile.

Good all round hotel in a central location

Pros: We finished our two week trip to Greece with a 2 night stay in the Santellini Hotel and it was a great way to round out our trip. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is probably as central as it gets, just a short walk from the beach and all the restaurants. There's a private pool (other hotels the pool is not as private) and plenty of places to sun bathe. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Cons: There wasn't anything we were unhappy with in particular. There isn't a kettle or tea/coffee in the room but you can ask for them at reception and you get them both at breakfast anyway so it's not really an issue.

Nice hotel close to the beach and bus services around the island.

Pros: Lovely rooms with balconies and pool area very close to the beach. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Cons: A slightly older hotel. Breakfast options were less than other hotels in Greece.

Pros: Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. As they learned that me and my husband were on our honeymoon stay, they upgraded our room to honeymoon suite and left a note and bottle of greek wine for us as a welcome present which was very sweet of them. The atmosphere, interior, location, breakfast everything was really wonderful. So highly recommended!
