    Good location,great breakfast room and great staff

    Pros: The all structure a bit dated and a bit mean like a separate key to switch on the lights in the room attached to the key of the room to make sure you dont leave lights on,and a key,not a card to open the door!And no kettle in the room,so no cup of coffee or tea in the room unless you go down to the bar and pay 3.50 for it!

    Good location, correct hotel but no hot water to shower.

    Pros: Location is good. Breakfast is good. But hot water was broken and they didn't said a word.... We couldn't have a shower and the property didn't do anything to compensate this.

    Very Good

    Pros: It was near where we wanted to be, without being in the noisy part of town -- AND my o'lady enjoyed the pool and hot tube in a way that pleased me mightily!!! ...because I'm never happy until she is happy -- this joint rocked it!!
    Cons: The desk staff is second to none in customer service... even our most ridiculous requests were treated with dignity and respect

    Pros: Great location! Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast room. Good lounge/seating areas and late checkout bathroom/room.
    Cons: Wouldve been good to have coffee/tea in room or kettle. Fresh orange juice for breakfast wouldve made breakfast perfect

    Love this hotel, location was perfect, and lake view rooms are beautiful!!

    Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the lake, town, biking distance to wineries and other towns. You can rent bikes at the property. The breakfast setup is lovely and the people who work here are very friendly! Our first room (frankly) was very underwhelming, very outdated, shower didnt look clean, window view of the parking lot (I requested a balcony when I booked), uncomfortable bed. We were luckily able to upgrade the next night and move to another room, which truly changed the whole experience. The second room had a lake view, remodeled room (upgraded flooring, new bathroom, balcony with a lake view). I wouldve had a very different review honestly had we stayed in the other room for both nights. I would highly recommend paying attention to which room you book when booking!
    Cons: Some of their rooms (our first night) are really outdated and definitely need some TLC. The pool is less like the photos, which was fine because we spent our days there exploring and going to the lake!

    Unexpectedly amazing stay in Bardolino

    Pros: Very clean and comfortable superior room with a sweet balcony. Good shower, modern bathroom. The personnel is very friendly, pleasant and uncomplicated. Amazing breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with a partial view to the lake.
    Cons: Everything was good. Great price /quality ratio.
