Cons: The first room i stayed in was smelly and looked like it was not occupied for a long time. They moved me to a different room rhe second night. This was was a little better. There is no sound barriers between rooms so there is no peace and quietness

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs. The pool was fun for the kids and the poolside bar was good. The rooms were a good size to accommodate my big family.

Cons: The valet parking only resort rule is not accommodating at all. Special thanks to hotel employee ( the one that drives) for being so helpful and turned my 3 star rating into a 5. They went above and beyond to make sure our wait time was not too long.

Cons: The valet was full so I parked a mile away and had to wait for a shuttle to come pick me up. I flagged it down then it took my to the front. Then I had to walk and find my cluster and hotel room. All ice machines were broken including phones. Not worth it

Cons: Forced to valet park at $30 a day, was told there is no other parking available. Transportation to and from the room was not always available. The valet text messaging didn’t always work. The room was in cluster 7 which was far from the main building. The room had a musty smell. No ice in the ice machines

Pros: Overall the room was clean and had almost everything we needed but it did not provide a mini fridge for drinks or left over food.

Cons: The Valet service was awful I cant express how horrible this made the whole experience. Even if you are just checking in and leaving you have to leave your car with valet which is pure chaos. Frustrated guests were forced to find their own cars to leave

Cons: Staff was rude, room keys didn’t work, had to stand in line over an hour to check in. Bathroom sink was stopped up with someone else’s hair. Broken tiles in bathroom, dead bugs on carpet. Peeling paint on carpet. This place was a hot mess.the furthest thing from a 4 star hotel.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The room was nasty i walked across the floor and it would make your feet black. I was treated like crap from an employee named Madison over the phone because we waited and hour for a bellhop to never show up for mu luggage. Drunk golfers walking around being loud and rude. Walked from room 453 in the rain to get checked out and be talked to rudely.
