It was a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We plan on going back next year.

Pros: RWI had a wonderful staff and a great location. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for us.

Cons: The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet plugged up twice. They really need to update the plumbing in our unit.

Pros: Awesome resort!!!! The view and beach is PHENOMENAL!!! Pelican Bay Restaraunt has a happening Happy Hour and the food is always delicious!!! Ill definitely be back to stay again!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Turks and the Royal West Indies

Cons: Where to startThe staff needs to be trained on hospitality and customer service. I was shocked at the dismissive and outright RUDE attitude of the staff. The lady at the front desk was incredibly unpleasant and rude when I asked her to please not have a leaf blower outside of my room at 8am. No apologies, she just smugly looked at me and ignored me. Next the waiter at Pelican Bay (on-site restaurant) was truly one of the most unpleasant waiters Ive ever encountered. He was rude from the moment he sat us down. We even asked if he was ok because he was so annoyed he had to serve us. Sorry you hate your job but please dont be so nasty. He took over an hour to bring scrambled eggs, forgot my drink, my toast, rolled his eyes when I asked for waterjust a damn mess. Sadly, the second day, his service was no better. Finally gave up and skipped breakfast on the third day because he was so darn unpleasant. Finally, the chair attendant. On my first day, I asked if he could help me move the sun umbrella and he saidand I quote you can do it yourself, why do you need help, mind you he was doing nothing and was on his phone. I was holding a drink, my towel, my bagit was crazy! Ive never encountered so many rude staff members in one place of business. The staff just doesnt really care about the customer at this place. They are on their phones, roll their eyes when you ask for something, never smile, its insane. And it wasnt cheap. These people are part of the hospitality industry but youd never know from staying here. Do not stay here. At happy hour, chatted up several folks who said the exact same thing, that the staff was rude. There are way better places, the place next door for examplelovely staff. Oh forgot to mention, they have a man tending to the grounds w a weed whacked/ leaf blower every morning at 8am. LOVELY ON VACAY!

Pros: The garden view was amazing. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning taking in the beautiful scenery, feeling the cool breeze coming in from the ocean and listening to the calming music. The entire staff made sure we felt at home away from home.

Cons: If there would be anything to complain about I would have to say that my stay was not long enough. 5 days was not enough time to really enjoy everything that Grace Bay has to offer.
