Nice rooms, bad everything else. As a hotel would be okay, as an all inclusive, no way.

Pros: Room was great, facilities were okay.

Cons: Food was very poor quality , very small selection , same items every day. Even the food in the restaurants was of very low quality. No drinks until 11am!!! Customer service manager was rude and unhelpful and misled us on when we can do restaurant bookings.

Pros: Although they messed up on my room and gave my a King instead of two Queens for my daughter and me, the room was not a bad size and was clean. There was no view and the housekeeping staff did not replenish the refridgerator items.

Cons: Cabo is a beautiful place, but this "resort" is definitely not worth the price. The food was nothing special, restaurants were impossible to get reservations for and then not worth the frustration as the selection was basic. The poolside chairs and tabes were very dirty, and the servers were all interested in getting tipped rather than providing good service. I have been to many all-inclusive resorts and this ranks worst on my list, by far.

Cons: They didnt give us joint room for A family of 5 when was asked at the time of booking. It was not accommodating with the choice of rooms. Menu of the restaurant not helpful for kids.

Pros: staff was lovely and a good location in San Jose. If you like Carnival cruises this is the place for you.

Cons: time share pitch focus wasted my time, drinks very weak, only way to get peceptable alcohol was to ask for a name brand shot or two on the side and add it. Stairwells were not cleaned in the 4 nights we were there and were truly disgusting.

Pros: Calm, quiet with plenty of entertainment

Cons: The lounge chaired were all taken 1st thing in the morning for the entire day. Guests placed towels or personal items on chairs starting at 7a and would keep them all day, but spend very little time in them not allowing other guests the opportunity to enjoy.

Amazing resort.

Pros: This was our first time traveling all inclusive. Let me tell you it was amazing. All the staff is very friendly the food amazing. Alex the concierge guy has amazing customer service. Claudia at the restaurant Los Panchos amazing service. Eduardo at the cafe Solaris also great service.

Cons: We couldn't get into the beach because if the high waves. We had to go else where. But the pools at the resort were great.

SCAM

Cons: Concierge promised a 3-day stay voucher to me and my family if I watched their presentation. I watched the presentation for 3 hours and they never sent me the voucher. I already called the property, emailed, sent WhatsApp, nobody responds. Is this a SCAM?

Cons: The food was mediocre and the staff was very unaccommodating. Ive never stayed at a hotel where they wouldnt allow a late checkout. This was the first. The beach was not safe to swim in. Not good for little kids.

Pros: It meets the minimum expectation from all-inclusive resort

Cons: The room and the facility can use face lifting. activities are kind of limited especially for teens as there is no teens club or fun teens activities such as snooker, arcade, or air hockey. There is a basketball court with bent unusable baskets. There is also a tennis court but you should bring with you the rackets and balls as there is no equipment to borrow or rent. The food is very basic, you can find eggs, beef, and vegetables but no fancy ingredients like salmon, shrimp, or stakes. eatable but not much more. The ocean is very wavey so don't think of going into the water, but wandering along the beach is nice. Be Careful !!!! don't go to the time-sharing sell tour - they would tell you 1.5 hrs and promise you 3 nights if you do so but it would take over 3 hrs if you don't immediately pull out your wallet and pay 29,000 US$ for 30 yrs membership - eventually if you say no, they avoid giving you the perks that they promised by playing games and lying to you. overall - you get what you pay, better than nothing but far from being a memorable vacation. Lastly, very strict in their date changing policy - they would just take all your money if you ask to change dates 7 days in advance, even though booking.com leave the flexibility to the property. In the future I will pay a little more and go to a better place

Cons: Extra charge for a "partial ocean view" room that had a greater view of the neighbouring hotel roof- rather than the ocean.
