    Perfect hotel with kids !

    Pros: We stayed at the hotel for 5 days with my sisters and mother, together with our 3 toddlers/babies. It was perfect !! Beautiful landscaping of hotel, very relaxing at the pool, good buffet, nice staff
    Cons: The daycare was not good. It seemed like our kids were locked up inside, they were not happy so we didnt use it for the rest of the trip... Bummer because the rest of the hotel is great for kids.

    We had a restful stay, with excellent food, but we shall not be returning, either to the resort or the hotel.

    Pros: The Restaurant and quality of the food. The Staff were also very good, always smiling, always helpful.
    Cons: The location. The resort had nothing to offer in the way of character or interest. Also the WiFi signal kept failing.it was a daily trip down to reception ( sometimes more than once ) to re-sign in. The hotel was very tired and in need of refurbishing. We wanted to stay at the sister hotel ( Jardines de Nivaria in Adeje ) but they were fully booked. We have stayed there before, and when you enter the hotel there is an immediate WOW factor. This is repeated throughout the hotel. In the Hotel Rock de Nivaria there is no wow factor.

    Good hotel

    Pros: Our room was good with stunning views. As we had a half board, breakfast was excellent and dinner delicious with plenty of food choices like fish, meat and vegetables. Nice and clean place! Will definitely be back soon.
    Cons: Water in the room wasnt free, just a first night it was complimentary and after 5.50 for every single bottle

    Brilliant value for money

    Pros: All facilities at the Hotel were great. The room was excellent and a good size, with a really neat wardrobe. The balcony overlooking the sea was excellent. Breakfast and the restaurant for dinner were great value for money. This is a good Hotel and the staff make a big effort to make sure everything goes well. The Hotel has a couple of monster hotels either side of it if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time book this hotel the other 2 look like chaos. Great Hotel Great staff great value for money
    Cons: Wifi and the Hotel App were a bit hit and miss. Having to re-log in every day was a pain. There is a fridge in the room, but its locked. You need to buy some stuff from the Hotel to open the fridge - a bit strange but we got a few beers and some water and had use of the fridge

    Great, relaxing stay

    Pros: We had everything in one place: food, entertainment, relaxation. The kids pool and the daily activities were spot on and we enjoyed every moment. We appreciated the large family rooms with a lovely view. From a sustainability point of view, I liked the idea of asking at checkin how often we want our towels and sheets to be changed. I dont like it when hotels ask to leave towels on the floor when need changing.
    Cons: I did not like the coffee, but there is a place near the hotel that serves great coffee (I wish I knew that sooner than the day we left).

    Good, but would think twice about staying again, because of the petty restrictions and charges. Unec

    Pros: Good breakfast,plenty of choice.
    Cons: Charging for capsules of milk to use in the room. We thought that petty. Not able to use the fridge without charge. I had eye drops which would have benefited from being kept cool.

    This is a good hotel with a beautiful pool and garden area. The rooms are spacious. Food mediocre.

    Pros: In comparison to other hotels around the Island that we stayed in, we found the breakfast here very good. Large selection of items. Disappointing was the coffee and the quality of the juices. The buffet was not well maintained. The pool area is very comfortable. I had a great massage.
    Cons: The fitness room needs to be renovated. The machines are decent but poorly maintained. The room itself dirty. The website is outdated and its difficult to find the information you need. The wellness center is poorly represented online. The location and beach not that attractive.

    Cons: We booked all inclusive which included dinner in two restaurants as well as buffet but the Italian was completely booked out the whole time we were there they could not offer us a table at any time during our stay

    Pros: We had a half board, so breakfast and dinner were exceptional with a great choice of food to have. Staff was very friendly with excellent customer service skills. The pool areas were very clean. I would recommend a SPA to everyone. I would like to say special thank you for masseuses Sandra and Tanya for fixing my back problem.

    Pros: A little dated, extensive, natural setting. Loved hearing the sea crashing onto the rocks.
    Cons: A lot to discover. The website/app wasnt helpful. I needs to feature how to get about, where things are etc.

    Fantastic daycare for kids, stunning views and beautiful areas.

    Pros: Extremely friendly staff with the daycare center and bar/restaurant by the pool, stunning view, pool area and children pool area. Very clean areas.
    Cons: One of the a la carte waitors was arrogant and said that they was fully booked, although there where only a few tables used when we went there. Went out of the hotel for dinner both days. When you bring children, you are put in a corner with a childrens area at the buffet. Fair enough, but you feel excluded when bringing kids.
