    Wonderful

    Okinawa is a unique sub- tropical paradise. This hotel enabled us to enjoy it to the full.

    Pros: Big hotel with vast range of facilities, very suitable for families. Local live entertainment in the foyer and the izakaya(pub) gives a taste of Okinawa culture. Good buffets served for 3 meals a day (if required). Location splendid.

    Decent resort with good amenities for kids but small, older rooms

    Pros: Beautiful private beach, a bouncy castle play area on the beach while you eat breakfast! Decent heated pool with a small slide. There was an arcade, although the play room wasnt as nice as pictured.
    Cons: The beds are very small, and the bathroom had some mould. Although there are multiple helpful and friendly English speaking staff available, the Japanese speaking staff I interacted with were not very friendly or helpful, even though I spoke to them in Japanese. The garden view room overlooks the parking lot and a very noisy road, although the ocean view rooms looked beautiful.

    Convenient and satisfactory

    Pros: It was close to the sea and had a great view. Unfortunately both the beach and outdoor pool was closed until mid April. Staff were real nice. There were few restaurants but prices are quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was great. However there is a convenient store close to the hotel.
    Cons: The elevator are very old and smells like oil

    We had a wonderful stay for a reasonable price.

    Pros: Location stunning, staff wonderful, views amazing, in-room couples massage was very nice, old school style radio/jukebox incredible to us, and the meals included had a good variety and mostly tasty
    Cons: Rooms were fairly dated, beds were awful not comfortable at all, in-room massage was performed on the uncomfortable beds with no oils with ample room in the room for portable massage tables that would take that experience to the next level, most of the food was luke warm or cold it is buffet style so its somewhat to be expected but some of the dishes really should be served warm to truly appreciate in our minds

    Pros: The location was nice, and there were options to pick from for eating in the hotel, but outside of it there would be a short drive to another restaurant.
    Cons: Cigarette burn in the couch, small TV, and they had limited hours for pool, massage, etc.

    You have to pay again .

    Cons: we have to re-schedule everything depend on hotel facility operation time. Hot spring operating open from 5 pm and have to pay additionally for even Hotel guest.

    Pros: Nice beach frontage , good spread of breakfast and indoor heat pool
    Cons: Location isnt convenient to alternative eating places .

    The good and the bad

    Pros: Location, very nice pool, onsen and spa, and multiple restaurants. Located center island. Perfect for hitting all the sights up or down in about 1.5 hours.
    Cons: The massage from Sanin was horrible. Felt like I was being hammered, was not able to relax and ended up stopping the masseuse. They didnt seem interested in my dissatisfaction. The bed was horrible and teetered up and down. The room was hot and I was covered so even hotter. The masseuse kept sighing (lol) not sure why. Either way it might have just been frustration because they got the short straw and had to give me a massage (lol), my apologies for your inconvenience. The rooms werent bad.
