Old hotel. Location is loud & male employees tones unkind

Pros: Nada. Habitaciones viejas, dust and dirt on windows. No window opening or not isolation to keep noice from street to a minimum. Cerca de todo el ruido de buses, garbage trucks, valet cars leaving motors on. Street cleaners horribly loud.

Cons: The lady workers were king the men employees need an attitude adjustment. Not friendly and aggressive in their speech tones.

A Realxing 2 day start to the holiday.

Pros: Excellent location and a great room with a very comfortable bed. The food at the Boathouse Restaurant was also very good and was great value.

Pros: The location is first class ,right on the river ,through front door right on the resturants and shops . Also has 4 hour happy hour in bar in hotel 50 %off .

Cons: Cleanliness of room. There was spots of blood on 2 of the pillowcases. We called and were brought 2 more pillows in exchange for those. The room was otherwise clean.

Cons: Our room was huge but very dated, air con didnt work in the room, quite a few lights didnt work, musty smell, drab pool area, very expensive

Good vibrant location but hotel tired in certain areas,with room for improvement in several areas.

Pros: Room was very good as ,friends staying at the hotel just before us, asked management to look after us. Room was we believe an upgrade.

Cons: Bar person on Prestons was most unpleasant bordering on rude. Did her job but a poor advert for the hotel. Of the three nights we ate breakfast once in hotel, but didnt rate it so went elsewhere for other two days. Boathouse,again booked in for two nights, but after first night decided to cancel second booking.

Pros: Location is great. East Las Olas is wonderful for restaurants, bars and shopping. Close enough to take a golf cart cab down to the beach. Enjoyed breakfast everyday sitting out on the street an enjoying the street views. pool could use a refresh but the location and views to the River were great
