    Pros: The room was clean. They sold water and snacks in the lobby.
    Cons: I couldn't see out the window at night because there's a super bright light pointed right at the window. There was a homeless man in the waiting room standing by the elevators, smoking and talking to himself. I notified the front desk. The safe in the room wasn't working. I had to get a worker to come fix it. The shower head was leaking. I feel that for the price we paid, it was not worth it.

    Great convenient place to stay...

    Pros: Location was great. Modern and appealing building.
    Cons: Breakfast as adequate but don’t like the waste created but not using proper cutlery and crockery.

    Pros: The location was convenient
    Cons: NO POOL Pool and outside lounge area was not accessible not functionnal. NO BATHROOMS No bathrooms in the lobby. Impossible for guests to use the bathroom POOR STAFF SERVICE Staff was not very nice nor helpful

    Appalling service from reception who...

    Pros: Great location, large room and bed was very comfy
    Cons: Swimming pool was closed with no advance warning, restrooms all closed with no advance warning. I had to sit in reception for 6 hours with no access to a bathroom
