Pros: not much to be honest. check-in was easy? one pressed juice was very good during breakfast.

Cons: This is a long list. Let's start with the location property false to mention they are right next to railroad tracks. Tow a spa that they talk about is a jacuzzi size of a tiny bathtub. It has nothing to do with a spa. Next the room. It was gloomy and dark, the shampoo was already separated 9 you can see through a see-through container), the towels smelled old and were ripped, and the AC broke and dripped on the floor all night. they offered us another room but we were exhausted, the next day when we wanted to change the room we never saw anyone at the reception - waited 10- 15 minutes we gave up. Breakfast food was oh I don't even know what o say, the cheapest bread, rice, and beans with eggs, not much besides that. Coffee was cold pre-made in a thermos. This is definitely not 4 stars as they keep promoting. room was not cleaned at all even though I did bring it to their attention no one came until I posted a negative review ( last day before we left) they had to read it because the waiter asked me about coffee if i didn't like it. That was only on Google review. The staff seemed unhappy to be there. Overall I highly do not recommend it. If I could I would ask for a refund.

Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful, breakfast was good, rooms were spacious.

Cons: The shower heads should be replaced as some of them were clogged and not working properly. Also some of the bedsheets had stains on them and we got a room that had a heavy smell of mold and humidity damage.

Cons: Everything was good with my stay, but the carpet was not fully cleaned. The carpets need a good vacuum and deep clean. I wore my slippers in the room because the carpet made my feet dirty.

Pros: They gave us a new room after we reported that our room was dirty and not cleaned properly

Cons: We were put in a filthy room. Not stocked with towels or soap. Hair in sink on floor and stained beds with hair on sheets! We were grossed out.

Pros: Per our previous stay the staff were very attentive, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast a great way to start the day. All this and the nightly rate was very reasonable.

Cons: Paying extra for the parking space. It is a private parking building, really close but after some hours the parking is closed and you have to wait for the Security guard to come and open.
