    Pros: Its location on the boardwalk.
    Cons: The arrogance of the people at the check in desk requested ocean front in march and were told none available at check in. Had the view of a roof and heard exhaust fans all night. Got sick eating at the restaurant in the hotel..was not able to get a glass Zinfandel because they are getting rid of it. Tried to order twisted tea ..sorry we are out of that. Draft beer? Out of order. Hmm ok. Excuse after excuse. We have been going there for years. This is the last time. If we go back to AC we would stay at Hard Rock ..

    We enjoyed our stay. The meal at Doughertys was exceptional. The room was clean, updated and quiet.

    Pros: Room was updated and clean.
    Cons: Room was great. Other parts of hotel still need updating. The smoke smell was strong on casino floor. It could use some better ventilation., Not all ocean tower rooms have an ocean view, not that big of a deal but something. I would have liked if the bathroom had a fan, and the water pressure and temperature both could have been better.
