Nice views!

Pros: The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff friendly and helpful - they immediately fixed any issues we had with the room. Definitely recommend having dinner at the on-site restaurant!

Cons: Loud music in the evening (as part of the hotel animation) could last until midnight (this seems to only happen during weekend though, it ends by 23.00 during the other days), but otherwise quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay, with beautiful facilities. Views, sunrise, services were all excelent.

Pros: End of season, not too many people, but still had a great atmosphere around the pool. Good restaurant facilities too.

Cons: The beach facilities were minimal, but that is normal for October.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. They arranged a free shuttle bus to take us to a local restaurant which was really nice. The room was clean.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing because the quality of the food was not that good. Very few vegetables available and not tasty at all. Very limited baby friendly options. Some of the facilities looked run down and the apartment we initially got was very far away from the main area hence we then had to upgrade to a suite. The shuttle to San Teodoro, La Cinta beach and lu Impostu costs 5 EUR per way per person, which just adds up to the costs if you are a family.

Pros: The private beach was nice. We did not use the pool. The view from the property was stunning, however no view from our room. Staff were friendly. Big modern nice bathroom. Fridge worked well in Room. Room darkening blinds were nice. Free water in the rooms. We had a nice meal in the restaurant, the beef was surprisingly very good! Breakfast was excellent as well. The beaches nearby (you have to remember to book them online to go to them) were absolutely stunning. The water crystal clear, great for swimming. We just loved them.

Cons: AC was not great in the room, we found it warm and hard to sleep at night. Needs new mattress room 825. Property needs better lawn care/landscaping for 4 star resort. The spa area should be included in the price, not an extra 25 euros. Pool closes too early. Should be open until 9-10pm. its lovely to take an evening swim. Bit far from San teodoro, need a car for sure.

Great location but needs renovation!

Pros: The receptionists were lovely. The view of Tavolara from the pool. Our room was huge! Very clean, giant bathroom and giant bed! Very comfortable! So silent we didnt hear anything. Nothing to hang your beach towels and swim suites :( It had safe and complimentary water. The safe is so high its very easy to forget things as you cannot see anything!! The beach bar. The shuttle service very frequent. The beach is private and pretty but not beautiful like other Sardinian beaches. Sun beds and umbrellas are free but mine was broken.

Cons: Im sure when this hotel opened it was stunning but now the pool area needs renovation as its very wearying. Same as the green all around. We thought there were 3 pools but we only had access to one. For the others you have to pay. You have to park the car depending on where they give you the room and although a guy drives you to the room, when we went out for dinner we got lost as it was all dark and on the way back we couldnt find the room! Breakfast was more quantity than quality. I tried 6 different cakes and I left them all. I was very disappointing not to have a dairy free hot drink. In 2023 thats simply not acceptable and not fair. When we came back to collect our baggage it was pouring down and we wanted to sit at the bar for a bit drink. The couldnt serve us as we didnt have the hotel card anymore. The tourist point wasnt very helpful

Pros: Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

Cons: - our room (my wife and I) shared a common door with and our immediate neighbours. Even the slightest cough on the other side could be heard and this certainly didnt ensure utmost privacy. - we had booked our room with breakfast included. However, the last day of check out turned out rather early, approx. 6:30am due to our early flight. We got the option to pick up our paid for breakfast from the reception as a take-away which we found very kind and were very appreciative for. This breakfast was unfortunately nothing up to standard. We got ourselves something more decent at the airport.

Cons: The laundry room facilities were not ideal, only one washing machine was working (out of two, for the entire complex) which meant washing was a little stressful. Very busy with families and young children over the summer, a little noisy in the evenings.

Pros: Lovely hotel. The hotel beach was about 5 or 10 minute walk. There was also a hotel shuttle bus that would bring you to and from the beach. There was also umbrellas and beds at the beach (no cost). The water was crystal clear! There was also a snack van. Everything you need! Breakfast buffet was excellent... We had a rental car so we could go to the nearby towns for pizza in the evening but the onsite restaurants were good. So for us it had everything. No complaints! :)

Pros: Nice beach with good views, not far from airport. Tennis courts in good condition. Food good.

Cons: Bit run down, could do with being maintained better. Spa pools etc nothing special. Some stingy portions when served by staff at the buffet, though most things were self-service.

Pleasant stay in great location.

Pros: Plenty of space, private from the rest of the complex. Close parking and short walk to bars/restaurant/pool on site and to the small beach. Great location for better beaches. Some great restaurants nearby. Apartment cleaned midweek.

Cons: Its all a bit dated and could do with a good tidy up/redecoration. Additional cost for changing beach towels. On site shop was expensive. A couple of issues on first day but they were quickly sorted by staff. Had to wear a wrist band for the stay.
