Cons: It is rather outdated, especially the "appartment" part I was staying in. If you travel alone and you want to work in the evening with a nice glass wine etc, there was no space available. There was a room with a small bar (is also used a breakfast), but is outdated as well and even not open in the evening, which is pity as this room has a magnificent view over the sea!!!

Pros: the pool was lovely and the view very nice, that's where it stopped. We had an appartment for 4 people but it was too small, when we arrived after 8 hours driving we fancied a beer in the bar, sorry I have no beer, ok we have a glass of wine, sorry no wine, the receptionist/barperson was very appologetic and offered us champagne for free. The hotel itself can do with some serious TLC it looked very run down, which is a shame it is in a very good position, would we come back, probably not unless it was improved

Pros: Nice appartment, large enough for 2. A bit small for 4. The female staff was very friendly, the men probably skipped the class "service with a smile".

Cons: The only thing we didn't like, was the floor of tiles in our appartment. Combined with heavy dining room chairs it made a lot of noise. And of course we could hear all the neighbours when they started dining.

Pros: The most stunning view over San Malo beach. I would visit again just for that. It really is a beautiful location. There is lots of free parking on site too so it was really easy to find and get parked up. We arrived two hours before check in but were invited to use the pool, the sun terrace or shown a pathway down to the beach. we opted to spend the two hours on the beach which can be accessed from the the terrace. The beach was stunning. We were unable to book for breakfast as it was fully booked so instead we filled in an order form for fresh bread and pastries and these were ready for us to collect at 7:00am the next morning fresh from the bakery to enjoy in our apartment. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Short walk to local restaurants and bars takes roughly 10 minutes but worth it for having the peaceful setting. If you are looking for something more lively then this may not be the best location but for our family it was perfect. After checking in we used the pool and steam room. The steam room is excellent.

Cons: Wished we had booked for longer. We were travelling up from Vendee to get the ferry back to the UK the next morning so only stayed one night. If I had realised how beautiful Saint Malo was and how perfect the apartment and location - right on the beach - were then I would absolutely have stayed for longer.

Last minute, did the job, good hotel

Pros: Last minute booking due to ferry issues and both rooms and facilities were as described. Due to the weather forecast we picked this due to the pool - which we used after a day in St Malo old town - Intra Mos. The pool was okay, spent over half an hour there with the kids and then used the steam room. Ordered Croissants from reception for breakfast which we all enjoyed. Good accommodation. Being next to the beach is also a big positive
