Spacious but lacking in basic...

Pros: Very nice room set up and layout.

Cons: Our toilet did not flush properly and when a call was placed to the front desk no maintenance personnel was available to assist us. Instead we were given a plunger and told to do our best. We also ran completely out of toilet paper and there was no extra in the room. Our towels were very stained with what looked like burn marks or worse..(poop) and then when we pulled out the sofa bed we found empty coffee creamer packets inside. Nice room layout but ultimately I would choose a different place to stay when visiting the area again.

Nice modern hotel but maybe...

Pros: Full Kitchen. Oatmeal with trimmings on breakfast bar. Large indoor pool and jacuzzi. Yuengling beer in 24 Mart. Shower head pressure.

Cons: Erratic housekeeping service. Coffee bar is located in corner which creates bottleneck. Television in the bedroom didn’t work upon out late hour arrival but was repaired the following day after we reported it to staff the following morning.

Cons: I mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong dates. I didn't realize this until I started receiving review requests. I attempted to contact this hotel regarding my missed stay. Zero response. Booking.com told me I have to reach out to the hotel, they can do nothing. Marriott told me that since I booked through a 3rd party, they can do nothing. I've booked many nights through each websites. I called the hotel directly several times attempting to talk to a manager, They are never on site and have never returned my messages. They ignore my message attempts through this app. I've written off the $4xx dollars as poor customer service and shoddy management.

Cons: Television didn't have a signal half the times and the other half it didn't show all available channel's. The afternoon of the 13th the male desk staff was no help and was rude when I called to see how he could help fix the problem. Seeing as the point of staying the hotel was for comfort and convenience. He told me he didn't know what to tell me. So we had no TV for most of our stay. Also no place to sit things on in the restroom as a disabled person was kind of inconvenient.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the outdoor patio and grill. Our soccer families had a great time and appreciated the staff’s patience and friendly disposition with us all.

Gross food, gross pool, rude...

Pros: The room was nice. Having a kitchen was great for me because it saves us money in the end to cook rather than dine out. Only one of the two burners worked. The photo we were shown showed an oven available but our room didn't have that. The room was pleasant when we walked in. A little cramped.

Cons: The Breakfast was disgusting. There was mold in the shredded cheese, literally. The only offerings were some kind of jalapeno egg tart and a spicy breakfast burrito. There was a juice machine. There were bananas and cereal and one flavor of oatmeal (maple) with some interesting toppings including mango dessert topping and a blueberry compote? Also available was a vat of barbecue sauce and salsa. After the moldy cheese I would not touch anything in an open container there. The staff was unkempt other than a man who appeared to be in training. He seemed to actually want to try to make the place look clean. The pool was filthy. There was sediment on the bottom of the whirlpool and pool. The water was cloudy and it WREAKED of pool smell. This is generally not as people assume due to high chlorine, but due to the urine and other filth on the pool reacting to the chemicals and not being cleaned and maintained properly. The lady with unbrushed orange hair at the desk didn't seem to care that the whole place was filthy. The tables were not wiped once during the time we sat down there for breakfast. There was a housekeeper of pacific or asian descent who was waiting for an elevator when we also walked up to use the elevator. She SNARLED at us clearly irritated that we wanted to use the elevator. We waited politely for her to get on and she yelled out YOU, GO and motioned us to the elevator while she began to jam on the button for a new one. We obliged but it was really weird. We weren't sick or dirty or anything. I get not wanting to be in closed quarters with strangers but the way she showed that was inappropriate. This hotel was rated a 9.1 of ten when we booked. We have stayed at 7-8 star ratings through booking that were so much nicer. I'd recommend the Holiday Inn Express in that area.

Cons: The breakfast was not at all good. We went to go eat at 9am and ask the food was fine. No milk, no waffles, no utensils. The woman work was working was covering the front desk and the breakfast area. She seemed very annoyed with us asking for milk to give our kids with their cereal. I was under the understanding that we were being breakfast not juice. Oh and the coffee was completely empty.
