Cons: We checked in on Saturday Nov 18 and checked out Saturday Nov 25 .. there should be cleaning in Nov 20/ 21 and they said they are not going to do that since it’s a one week stay and try come on Friday .. they come on 23nd and cleaned the restrooms not changed the towels or bedsheets and after that they didn’t come ..but we went to front desk to get the new towels and bed sheets with comforters and they did provide which we changed by our self in Wednesday .. Overall the stay is good .

Pros: Very nice place to stay. I loved the ability to have a kitchen for snacks,meals etc.

Cons: It would have benefited from having a toaster in the kitchen

Short. Just overnight. The breakfast...

Pros: The location.

Cons: We were in an upstairs apartment. Carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. We didn’t see any elevator if there was one.

Adequate but did not meet...

Pros: I reserved our stay a couple of months ago as a studio with a king bed, instead was given a standard double and a room for handicap. My husband and I did not sleep well. The check in staff had no personality and hard to understand.

Cons: Did not expect to have to pay for a parking space and did not appreciate being charged for a pet deposit when we said up front that we did not have a pet with us!

Our stay was Perfect!

Pros: The staff was exceptional! We had booked a 2 bedroom suite and unfortunately it was not available on our first night. The GM emailed me and provided us with 2 rooms right next door to each other at no additional charge. They made this small hiccup a seamless transition and we had the best stay!

The hotel stay over all...

Pros: Staff friendly Nice suite with kitchen Beds are comfortable

Cons: Carpet is not too clean, I think they had pets stayed there. We stayed 5 nights We did not get our suite clean til 4th day, but we were able to get new towels.
