Cons: We got stuck in our room the door wouldnt open and they basically told us there was nothing they could do about it till the morning when maintenance arrived at 8 am. I was told there was no after hour maintenance available which is totally unacceptable

Cons: Everything was good the 1st clerk was awesome The second one had me standing and waiting for assistance for a while. Granted she could have been working on something she could have informed me of that instead of me just standing. No hello nothing

Pros: It was clean. I liked the kitchenette and roominess of the room.

Cons: One of the staff was very rude to our family because we were trying to grab some breakfast early and threw some of our breakfast away so we couldn't eat it.

Pros: Spacious in the 2 Bedroom suite. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Dirty sheets on hideaway bed. Had to go get sheets and blanket. Dishes were in the dishwasher and we were unaware there were any plates, utensils to eat with until after going out and getting paper plates and plastic forks.

Pros: The breakfast is hot and good. The breakfast manager has a bubbly, positive attitude that will get day off to a positive start. She's just a wonderful person! The other staff members are great here as well.....shout out to hotel employee. Recommended

Cons: Bugs in the room, very dirty and gross feeling carpet. They say they won't clean your room during your stay unless asked, but my room was cleaned midway through my stay. Kinda weirded me out since they were so adamant they wouldn't not be doing that.

Cons: The first room we tried , someone was already in it. We had to go back to front desk and get a different room. The room was fairly dirty overall.

Cons: Hotel room was not clean. Hair in the bath tub. Loud door slams and people walking up and down stair can be heard from the bed. Apartment style hotel with potential long term tenants leaving trash bags outside of the door and smell of dog urine/feces

Pros: Breakfast was well laid out and overseen. Good variety. But the same every day. Self service. The pancake making machine was fun and tasty. Venue was generally quiet, Parking easy and immediate to room surrounding area pictures. Hotel and gardens were very clean and tidy.

Cons: Needed a better variety of fresh fruit. In the centre of my suite/ bedroom the carpet was coming apart and frayed. It could have been easily repaired. Reception staff had a lazy and dont care attitude which was clearly initiated from their management. For example it took requests over four days to get a scarring pad for me to be able to properly clean a cooking pan in my kitchenette. Also I mistakenly left my new thermos mug in the breakfast area and in the evening when I asked for its return all I got was its probably been thrown in the garbage. I had always thought that the Americans gave excellent service, but found out that in general their how are you is as far as it goes. After that they do not want to know or want to make any effort. A main reason I selected this venue was the swimming pool. There was no indication on either their or your website that this outdoor pool is always emptied and closed from October in spite of the temperatures being in the mid 70sF / 24C. There was NO apology from reception , but just more of the same disinterested and unfortunate attitude from staff. In spite of asking at reception, nothing was done to stop the person in the room above me dropping what sounded like marbles crashing on a tiled floor, at 5am every morning! The one evening I was back early at the hotel and expecting to watch a bit of tv the tv switched on but then suddenly went to no connection . There was no sensible or active help offered by dont care receptionist, just a someone will take a look at it tomorrow !

Pros: It's like a small studio apartment. Laundry is available. Small kitchenette to cook meals. Excellent breakfast each morning. Can't wait to stay again.

Cons: Husband stepped in dog poop as soon as we got out of the car. It was night one of vacation after a 6.5 hour drive so he was annoyed but we laughed after all. That was the only negative. Ubers are expensive from downtown Nashville but we just drove. Nbd.
