Cons: The hotel is 7 minutes away from the main streets where you can find a taxi. And they wont help you get a taxi even on checkout day when we have many bags! The bathroom has an awful smell all the time, and all the furniture is very old. The air-conditioning is very load as its very old Breakfast was good but the plates and cups werent clean and they smell. No spa or gym! And no connections to nearby activity centers!

Cons: I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel. I must say that this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. First and foremost, upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover bugs and evidence of poor cleanliness. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the standards maintained by your establishment. A clean and hygienic environment is a basic expectation that every guest deserves, and it is disheartening to see that this was not met. Furthermore, the check-in process was excessively time-consuming. It took an exasperating 42 minutes for your staff to locate my booking, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I had hoped for a smooth and efficient check-in experience, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. Moreover, my experience at the pool was marred by constant disturbances from your staff. Their repeated inquiries about whether I was a guest at the hotel disrupted my relaxation and undermined the serenity that I had anticipated. It is essential for your staff to communicate more effectively and be aware of their guests' presence in order to provide a pleasant and uninterrupted experience. Adding to my disappointment, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as water and towels. I was astounded to learn that I would be charged for water, considering the considerable amount I had already paid for my room. It is unacceptable to charge extra for basic necessities that should be readily available to guests. Lastly, I am appalled by the fact that I was informed that having a guest in my suite would incur an additional charge. This was not made clear during the booking process, and it is highly unprofessional to impose unexpected fees after the fact.

Cons: 2 seperate beds otherwise we had to change the room to a garden view to have a room with one bed.

Pros: Excellent location overlooking the sea. Nice view , calm and safe place. Generous breakfast. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Super friendly man at the reception. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: This residence offers rooms that are not available when you reach there. They basically offer rooms cheap but it is not true. They offered on spot a room available that was of a superior category than the one on the net by adding 5. The following morning, despite the price agreed (84), the final price they made us pay was not 89, but it was 115 eur. It is impossible to discuss there, with chaos, with infinite excuses, prentending misunderstanding and false explanations. We were in a hurry and we had to go with the feeling of being cheated and taken advantage of. A hotel absolutely to avoid. Shame on them. Booking should take measures against this hotel. By the way, to the hotel manager, please do not blame employees, they do whatever you said because they called you on the You, hotel manager, know exactly what you do, and you know you took advantage..."a small quantity". Perhaps. But just let me vent my disgusting image of you. Shame on your lack of honesty and principles. You see foreigners as a source to rip off. Think if this is the image you want to give of Tunisian hotels.
